The worst. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone! I called all day for 3days straight finally decided to just walk in and phones ringing off hook and 2ladies at the desk did not even attempt to answer. Over booked I had a 11a appointment didnt get called to the back til 1230p. My pharmacy tried to get my prescription approved the pcp never sent over the approval. I would not recommend this office unless youre out of all other options

i loved the dr here dr sarah morchan(she dont work here now)& dr. thomas yuen but if u need a refferal or need appointment u will never get through their telephone line even after 100 years thats why i changed my pcp to somehwere else

Not only is it impossible to schedule appointments with this place, but the receptionist is extremely rude, she obviously hates her job and doesnt care about customers.

The care is not personal. .. They always have me on hold no matter when I call. They over book patients and have you waiting all day to see the doctor .
