I have been taking my children to this office for years. In the beginning I thought they were great. However, I have been growing steadily more disenchanted with the doctors and staff. They are often rude and misinformed. The doctors still treat my 13 and 11 year old as if they are 3. Even giving them stickers at the end of the visit. I had an especially upsetting incident in their office today. I and my son were both treated very poorly by not only the receptionist but one of the doctors as well. I immediately requested both of my sons records and I will NEVER return to their office. I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone. In fact I would highly recommend against it.

We switched to this practice this year and will be leaving after just 3 appointments. Completely incompetent and rude. They did not properly review the charts and attempted to give my child vaccines that she had last year. When I expressed my concerns about it the nurse was extremely rude and loudly spoke negatively about me in the lobby ( where they didnt realize that my daughter could hear them). We were given an inaccurate diagnosis and prescription at our last visit. They also charge $10 to have physical forms signed, even when you are there for a scheduled physical. We were also there for 2.5 hours!

I highly recommend this practice. We have been going to them since we moved to Philadelphia (5 years ago). They are no longer associated with UPenn, but the doctors have not changed, therefore the quality remains high. Our kids have had common and some not so common problems, all of which were handled very well. They have late hours for those of us who work, and I have never had a problem getting a sick visit the same day. We have used Dr. Lichtman and Dr. Mangano primarily, but have seen the other doctors occasionally for sick visits. The nursing staff and front desk support are superb.

Wait time has been awful. There are times where I have waited for over an hour in the waiting room and then over a half of an hour in the examination room. Plus, some of the female doctors are extremely rude and condescending. I am switching to a different practice.

I went here as a child and is why I chose to take my children here. They are always great with my kids and even caught something that was missed at an ER visit in my daughter that saved her from having to have surgery.

I just spoke with the office about an emergency appointment for my nephew, they could not have been anymore helpful and kind! I hung up feeling much more calm and at ease because of their calm, kind demeanor!

All doctors are awesome,front desk is always friendly and very efficient! I have my two kids since theyre were born in this office and we all love it.
