Was trying to get paperwork filled out for my child, it was lost twice, Once I had it faxed over a 3rd time the nurse practitioner Margret was very rude over the phone, would not answer my questions or barely let me ask any and she ended our conversation by hanging up on me. I will be taking my children out of this practice immediately! Ive never felt more disrespected by someone whos job is it is to help, and the less than competent front desk staff dont make matters any easier.
