Before my severe traumatic brain injury (not just a concussion, there were weeks of hospitalization for me), I did not have any complaints about the Detweiler practice. But after I got in my accident, they wouldnt even touch me with a 10 foot pole in prescribing me medication. I guess now that I have brain damage Im a liability for Dr.Parke and the rest of the team. My psychologist across the street recommended medicine for me and left at least one message, but Dr. Parke didnt take his advice even though my psychologist served a stint in a brain injury ward. Steer clear of this practice if you can. I left a detailed yelp review you can look up. I was not a new patient either! Im at the end of my rope.

I am new to the area and this facility came highly recommended, both my sons have seen Doctors, which by the way are wonderful, however I am displeased with the front desk staff especially over the phone conversations, I called to speak to a nurse and was told by front desk that I needed to discuss with her whats going on before she can have me talk with a Doctor, frankly her whole attitude was less than desirable. Why would I want to discuss my sons personal challenges with her when she isnt a doctor or my concerns for that matter. Just a waste of our time and needless to say I am pretty upset, enough to find a new physical

Our experience was horrible. We waited in the waiting room for a half hour while 4 people that came in after us went in before us. Then we waited another 15 minutes until we saw a nurse practitioner Michelle Sible. She seemed nice enough, examined my husband and has him coming back for blood work. Well a day later my husband had another attack and more scary symptoms so he called to talk to her at 9:00 in the morning and here it is 6:00 at night and she still hasnt returned his 4 calls asking her to call him. Not a very good way to treat your patient.

I have never been to be a better practice. They have open schedules so getting an appointment is quick, with minimal waiting room time. The Physician Assistants are very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I recently saw Dr. Dunn who was very quick, efficient and also has amazing bedside manner. Ive been using this primary for almost two years and I have referred three friends/acquaintances. I cant imagine using a different MD.

Im a new patient here and I thought the wait time was quick and the receptions were very personable. The doctor came in the room within 5 minutes and she was very knowledgeable with great bedside manner I will recommend to a lot of my friends and family
