My name is Fred Coldwell. If you can GO SOMEWHERE ELSE GO. This place is not worth the aggravation. About a week before my appointment (one that I waited 3 months for) the office call to confirm my appointment and I confirmed it. The day before my appointment I called the office (ON THE SAME PHONE NUMBER THEY CALLED ME ON) to confirm the location of the building. There are several locations posted on the web. I called nine (9) times every time I got the same message either I was calling when the office was closed (which I was not) or they were in a staff meeting. There was no menu item to leave a message (except with a billing question) so on my ninth call I selected that option and left a message concerning the location of their offices. After my message another message came on saying that this voice mail was no longer being monitored and to call another number with my billing issue. Went on the internet and entered the web site address into my gps the morning of my appointment. It took me to a vacant building. This may or may not be their fault. After that I called 2 more times to get their location and still the same message. DONT GO HERE. Communication between the office and patient IS NON-EXISTENT. They may know what they are doing but if they do not communicate, it is worse then useless. Drove a hour to get to my appointment and never made it. Will never go back.

Ive been seeing Dr. Goren for 11 years. He has always been fantastic, but until fairly recently, I had some challenges with the office itself. Waiting an hour or more past my appointment time was typical, and it was hard to reach the office by phone, always getting busy signals with no modern messaging system. That said, my past two visits (over the past 14 months) have been very different. They now have a modern phone system, getting through to speak to someone has not been an issue. They also notified me last time when they did their outbound confirm call that I hadnt submitted a referral for my upcoming appointment, which was a helpful thing to do so I could take care of it. When I had to switch medications to one that came with only 28 pills for a 30 day supply, they helped fill in that shortfall. The check in time has gone way down, the staff is friendly, and the wait times have been dramatically less. I had another issue today with backfilled medication and theyre helping me with that also, I was able to get through to someone immediately. Just want to offer my experience and give credit where it is due. I hope the team at the office sees this bc I want to call out that theyve done a really nice job moving things in the right direction, and I appreciate how helpful theyve been with a few situations Ive had.

When I actually met with my doctor, she was wonderful. But trying to get a hold of anyone in this practice is nearly impossible. Even when you call on off times, you are put on hold for at least 10 minutes, and when someone finally picks up, they put you on hold again. This was after I waited almost three months to have my initial consultation. If you can get in and have someones attention, they are great, but good luck getting a call back, even when its urgent and requires immediate attention.

Dr. Hamiger is an awesome doctor. I have complained to her several times that her office is not giving her messages. I have to call several times to speak to my doctor. She never calls back and I dont believe its her neglect. I have complained and complained. Unfortunetely, I WILL be looking for a new doctor and I LOVE her! Just a shame!
