STAY AWAY! This Dr. has NO love for children AT ALL! I took my 3 kids to her for at least a year until I learned the hard way about her. I was running late for an appt. with her. At this time I was also 9 months pregnant. In order to keep my appointed I ran out the door with my purse. I had my smaller wallet on me but usually write her a check for my co-pay, but left my checkbook at home. When I got there (after rushing to make it on time), she told me I had a balance of $35 in order to be seen. I apologized to her and told her I would drop it off later or pay next time. I had 3 children and one due any day (I would have certainly been there very soon). The staff questioned me why I dont have any other source to pay. They told me "I see other cards in your wallet, why dont you use those"....are you kidding me?? there looking in my wallet? Ive been seeing this Dr. way over a year and pay on time, every time!! They refused to see us (I had 2 appts for 2 girls)...I was SO upset in tears and just left. As I left really upset, I decided that was my last time ever going back there. So, I went back inside to see about getting records....The staff went into the back, got Dr. Lisa Caso, who came out and said "Is this that (she said my last name) woman??? Then proceeded to ask me why I couldnt pay my bill today?? Saying her staff saw a debit card in my wallet and asking why I wouldnt use that. This woman had me in tears, I couldnt even talk. Are you kidding me, over $35? She began to say its people like me who have no respect for Drs and because of people like me Drs. make no money....I WAS IN SHOCK! I left very irate and extremely upset. I was never late in paying her, this was the first time and this is how I was treated. This woman is ONLY about the money and NOTHING else. She should not be in practice at all.

I took my daughter to Dr. Caso ever since she was 6 months old, she is now turning 13. We left there about 2 years ago. I just stumbled across these comments while looking for a doctors phone number and figured I would tell my story. At first Dr. Caso was great but then as her business grew it all went down hill. My daughter was coughing non stop for months and I knew something was wrong. Dr.Caso tried many things but nothing was helping her, then it got to the point when Dr.Caso told me that my daughter needs to see a therapist cause it was in her head and she was making herself cough. Really?!? It was not till 4 months later that she finally decided to send her to an asthma/allergist and guess what, she had asthma. She really does not care about the children and has no bedside manners. After being on medication for her asthma Dr.Caso then started yelling at me during an appointment that she wanted my daughter off the medication and I was wrong for giving it to her. How do you take her off of something you did not even prescribe another doctor did. Needless to say I decided to go to another pediatrician ( mind you this is only one of the issues we had with her, there were plenty more). I went one day to pick up my daughters medical records and sat down to read them and could not believe the things I read. It never stated anything we went into the office for all it ever said was CHILD IS A DRAMA QUEEN!!! Are you kidding me. Now the office can comment and try and stick up for this but I have copies of everything and I am sure its all new staff because it was a revolving door when we were there. Always new staff in and out. All I have to say is stay far away and I do not care how my post hurts business cause you did not care one bit about my child, why would I care one bit about how you feel.

Where to begin... Firstly, she recommends raw (unpasteurized) cows milk for 12 month olds (very very dangerous). Secondly, her bedside manner is horrible, very rushed, unprofessional and argumentative. God forbid you disagree with her or question anything she says. Even when confronted with several specialists who disagree with her diagnosis she will continue to stand by her (incorrect) diagnosis. My husband and I were scolded for seeking second opinions and for doing any of our own research, even on her "approved" websites. When we finally took our son to a very well known and respected dermatology practice for a weeping birthmark (that she had inocrrectly diagnosed), we found out that he had a staph infection in the birthmark which was causing the weeping. They prescribed an antibiotic which cured the staph infection. The next time we saw Dr. Caso, we were scolded again for giving him an antibiotic. Because apparently, a staph infection on a three month old baby will just take care of itself. Unprofessional. Do not use this pediatrician. For your own sanity and for the health and wellbeing of your child.

Had a well visit appointment with my children. She asked if i had any other concerns and i asked about the spots on my daughter.. she rambled off something and didnt give me a choice of care to do for her. Well i get a bill in the mail that she charged me extra for rambling off something about my daughter with no treatment to give ... umm why charge me as an extra visit bc of that it was a concern bc it just came about and i was concerned but she looked over it. Theres been a few times i have went and was not pleased with the outcome. Luckily i have moved and refuse to go back especially after being ripped off many times by them to where my insurance company even questions how they practice. Smh. Thought they were better than that

Im confused by all the negative reviews and most of them pointing towards money. This is a business at the end of the day, a very important one, beings that a child is always involved. I havent tried any other pediatricians but I believe my child is worth the money for good care. With that being said, Dr. Caso has been nothing but wonderful to our 2 year old son. He started off his life with severe acid reflux and we were concerned. Dr. Caso and her staff handled the situation well. Im sure my wife and I, being first time parents, were a little more manic than normal but our son grew out of it and all is well. We are expecting our second child in November and wouldnt even think of going anywhere else.

We have been taking our two children to Dr. Caso for the past 8 years. Our youngest had a difficult first year and we appreciate their level of care and professionalism. Based on some of the other reviews, some people seem to forget that theirs is a business rather than a free clinic. If you dont mind paying for services rendered and showing up on time you will love Dr. Caso. I have never been asked to wait more than a couple minutes. They always work with my insurances confusing billing. Most importantly, Dr. Caso does not subscribe to the prevalent practice of prescribing meds for every ailment as a first course of treatment. I would definitely recommend.
