Great optometrist and very flexible hours. Requested an appointment online and it takes some information which saves time later. Staff called back early the next morning to adjust time and get insurance information. Everything was very quick. I showed up early for my appointment expecting to fill out paper work as it was my first visit. I only had to sign one form which took all of 30 seconds. The staff were all very friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves at work which is nice to see. Even being early, I was moved right along to the pre-exam tests. After these the test I met Dr. Brett and he asked some introductory questions about myself and explained his background. Then we proceeded with the actual exam which was quick. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Ordering contacts was very quick. They offered free shipping and $20 off when ordering 1 year at at time which I do anyways. And then they reschedule your next years appointment which is convenient . I will be going back for sure.

I had quite a disturbing vision problem out of the blue this past Monday, called Neal Group and they told me to come right in. Everyone was professional and yet very friendly, and most importantly reassuring. They did several tests and thankfully it turned out to be something fairly common and not threatening. Kelly had the calm I needed and still didnt miss a beat doing the preliminary tests and prepping me for Dr. Neal. Then Dr. Neal came in and ran the rest of the tests, and explained to me what he saw, what was happening inside my eyeball, and what condition both eyes were in. Im a senior now and have occasion to visit other health care professionals more than I used to and I can tell you this, I wish they were all more like the service I got here. I am now looking forward to my 6-week follow up and getting my new glasses. For which btw, they have a zillion frames to choose from. I already have them picked out. All aces Neal Group. Straight As. Thanks again for keeping me from freaking out under stress.

Recently having moved to the Conshohocken area I had to go through the uncomfortable process of finding a new optometrist. The positive reviews were one of the reasons I chose the Neal Eye Group. It was a good decision as the establishment was very clean, the technicians friendly, communicated what steps were being taken, and the Dr. Brett Neal himself was also very friendly and genuinely interested in my needs. I went there for a simple check up and contact lens exam. Dr. Neal took the time to study the way the contacts fit in my eyes, not simply ask me how they fit like previous optometrist. I would definitely recommend the Neal Eye Group to those seeking an optometrist or would like to find a new eye doctor.

Without hesitation I would recommend Dr Brett and his staff to anyone looking for friendly, competent, and efficient eye care appointments. Dr Brett took the time to answer my questions, even to the extent of pulling up images to explain what I was seeing. The appointment was easy to book and they ran ON TIME which is something I need with a busy work schedule. The renovation of the office space is a great upgrade and Id like to mention the new machine that obviates the need for pupil dilation in the retina exam. As someone who remains dilated abnormally long, having this option allowed me to go back to life immediately. Love this office!

I stopped in today to look at glasses with my daughter. Funny thing is I was just about to order them from my optician. Im so glad that I didnt because Kelly was so helpful and found me a much nicer pair than what I was ordering. They had a very nice selection! Kelly is professional and very good at what she does! She listened to me and understood my concerns and my taste and it took no time for her to come up with a pair of glasses that I absolutely loved! I placed the order today. I cant wait to pick up my new pair glasses! Im going to tell all my friends to go to Neal Eye Group and see Kelly. It was a very good experience!

I have been a patient at this location for over 20 years. Last week was my first visit to Neal Eye Group. First thing you notice is the renovation which was beautiful (although they lost a few of 9th Street). The staff was more than friendly and still professional. It was nice to see Kelly, from Doctor Goldbergs practice. I had not had an eye exam for over a year, so my visit was almost an hour, but I felt that Doctor Neal was very thorough and attentive while juggling several patients. I considered changing doctors after the practice changed hands; I no longer plan to do that.

Great service! Very convenient location if youre working in the Conshohocken area, and they were professional, friendly, prompt, and thorough. They also have updated technology, so those old-school "blow in the eye" tests and yellow eye drops to numb your eyes for your 2 year exam were replaced by more advanced tech for my appointment. And, if youre like me and youre terrible at keeping eyes open, theyre super patient with that as well.

Dr Neal was super easy-going and very knowledgeable. He not only made my eye exam quick, but very informative and showed me the digital pictures of my eyes! He usually only sees post-operative patients on Saturdays but volunteered to give me an eye exam that day to accommodate my crazy schedule! I got new glasses and the staff was very helpful in fitting them perfectly. I definitely suggest this office and Dr Neal!

What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was pleasant and professional and made me feel right at home. I was seen right away and Linda really is very experienced with a great chair side manner . Dr Neal was icing on the cake. An excellent Doctor and it felt like you were talking to your next door neighbor Overall it was just a wonderful visit.

Dr. Neal and the staff were awesome. First time visit, had a very thorough eye check up. He changed my contact prescription and I can see great now. Also got a new pair of Nike glasses which are very sharp. They had a great selection of glasses to choose from including top name brands. Very satisfied, see you guys next year for my check up !
