I visited this location last month to get a free Lasik exam. I had always wanted Lasik, but wasnt sure I was a candidate. This location was convenient and the facility itself is very nice. Dr. Baumohl and his staff did an excellent job in explaining the procedure to me. My exam was very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all. My options were explained to me and I felt I had enough details to make an informed decision. The actual surgery takes place at a different facility, but I was happy to hear that all follow ups would be at this location. I decided to have the surgery and it went very well. Returned to see Dr. Baumohl for my one week follow up and again received excellent care. Everyone I encountered at both my visits were friendly and professional. If you have ever considered Lasik or just need new glasses/contacts, I highly recommend paying a Dr. Baumohl a visit.

I mainly dealt with Yvette at spring office. She is so awesome!! My first experience was when my son got his LASIK surgery done a year ago there. He had an awesome doctor that was great with him and me, as his mom. Now I am getting mine done and so excited. They make it very pleasant to work with them. The entire staff up front is great and the doctor, that did my eye exam, and his assistant helped me out so much. Very nice people and atmosphere. The doctor that is going to do my LASIK, did my sons and she and her nurses were amazingly great! I would definitely advise anyone to go here for there LASIK.

I drive by every day on my way home from work, stopped in and made appointment with Dyette, who was so welcoming and upbeat. the next day I came back snd she remembered me and was so happy and professional it made me glad I chose The Mann Eye Institute. I had a fantastic Pre exam with Angie and thats before I met Dr. Baumohl. I ordered my glasses with Jeanette who really explained the process and answered all my questions. Overall I was pleasantly surprised how accomodating everyone was and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for an eye dr

I had my lasik done years ago and this has always been a great company and location. The service I received from Cindy McGeorge, the optician, was above and beyond, she was so sweet and helpful. I just cant believe people like her actually exist anymore. I lost my glasses and had insurance issues due to a job switch and she followed up with me until I could get another pair! Who does that?? Not many, she is truly a treasure and should be valued! Thank you so much again Cindy!

From an immediate warm greeting, to their consistent attention to details so important to patient satisfaction, Ive been very impressed on both my visits to Mann. All were great, from the front desk, my doctor, and Martin who spent time helping me choose frames. Amber deserves special mention, as she was knowledgeable, professional, informative, cordial, and made a point to sanitize all equipment. I would recommend Mann to anyone!

Everyone was extremely friendly and the info they gave me helped me a lot. Their pricing is expensive but because they allow you pay monthly without interest really helped. My surgery was less than 15 mins long and my eyes can see amazingly. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get rid of their classes. I used to have high prescription glasses because my vision was so poor but now I never have to worry about them.

My experience was wonderful. They were very helpful and quick. Angie was delightful and sociable. I enjoyed her conversation as she helped me get through part of my exam. Dr. Baumohl was efficient and informative, but very sociable as well. He was able to provide me with more help than I originally requested and is highly trained in his field. I plan to continue having annual eye check ups at this location.

Dr. Baumohl and his staff at the Spring Mann Eye Institute is very professional and very thorough in the care of my mothers eyes. She has glaucoma and macular degeneration and they watch it for her very diligently. Alex was very thorough on the tests and very friendly too. I personally recommend the Spring Mann Eye Institute to any one looking for excellent eye care.

Not a very helpful and friendly staff. Had to wait for half an hour to find out their lab cannot help me with anything anyway. There are plenty of Optical place around town to bother with Mann Eye here in Spring area. Sorry but you lost our business.

Appointment was on time. Staff and Dr. explained what they were doing and what the results meant. Very proficient and helpful. No pressure to buy glasses since all I needed were replacement lenses for the existing frames.
