Ive been going to Dr. Wilkerson for years. He did my cataract surgeries. Great Doctor, great nursing staff....office staff, not so much. I tried to make an appointment today. Took the lady multiple minutes to even get to the point of being able to give me a timeframe of when appts where available. Then she says " nothing until August" ( thats 3 months away). then she says I can come Aug 20th at 9.30, which she says is a Tuesday, but my referral runs out on the 7th....Upon checking my calendar, I discovered that 08-20-2016 is a Saturday. I cancelled the appointment. Finding another Dr who has a better qualified staff.To clarify, this was at the Woodlands location.

made my dad his appointment in may 2017 and they were booking next available for July 24, 2017. made his appointment and now they call me to tell me the Dr will be out and next available is till September. Im sorry but thats just not right to keep pushing them out like that.

I had LASIK done a few months ago, dont know why I waited so long. I felt very comfortable during the procedure and the staff was nothing but nice! I would definitely recommend.
