My experience here was the most enjoyable visit to an optometrist I have had in my life. The staff was very helpful, and quick to answer my questions and make sure I had all of the information I needed. Everything felt streamlined, especially with the ability to fill out most of the patient information online before visiting the clinic. They were very interested in making sure I got exactly the correct prescription I needed in each eye, and informed me of other ocular problems that Ive had, but no other doctor told me about. My wait time for Dr. Groff to come to finish up the exam was less than three minutes, which is about half the time I have experienced elsewhere. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this office when in need of these services. Especially with the use of technology to make things much quicker. Appointment reminders, and eye glasses notifications, can be sent out via text message or call, and the majority of the office where patients are seen is in soft light, in case anyone is having their eyes dilated.

I go every year for my annual review because it is the smart thing to do and I am also diabetic. This is my third annual review with Dr. Holli Groff – she is very professional and knows what she is doing. A young lady name Ashley took me for the annual testing. They have the latest equipment to take picture of your eyes – Ashley first took the pictures of my eyes (fundus Photos) and then to the regular eye examine. She asks me to read what I saw on the screen – I spelled out A S H L E Y for the first line – she laughed and told me read what I really saw. The last thing she was to dilated my eyes for the last test - Ashley was very professional and explained everything as she worked with me; she is a big asset to Berkeley. After waiting for my eyes to dilate Dr. Groff did her thing to check my eyes and review the pictures of my eyes. Dr Holli Groff always has shown that she cares about me – I am 70 years old and she makes sure I understand everything. Love the Berkeley Eye Clinic and its professional staff.

I went to Berkeley Eye center on 5/12/14 to perform my yearly eye exam. This was my first time i was visiting a Berkeley eye center. I found the staff and doctor friendly. What i liked was: 1. The eye exam was very thorough. They used a machine first to get my estimated eye power. Then the staff checked my power. Only then did the doctor come in and check my power. This i found was very unique. In my past experiences, in other centers only the machine and doctor check the eye power. Over here there was 3 levels of checks and i thought that these folks really go that extra mile. 2. The center was spacious (i like to stroll around) and was playing very peaceful music. 3. They had magazines, coffee and water served. This is again something i didnt see in the other center i normally go to. Thanks Anand.

I came to Berkeley Eye Center in need of an ophthalmologist after my optometrist couldnt treat my scratched eye because it was a "health" and not a "vision" issue. After one visit I could tell that Dr. Groff and her staff are amazing. Without asking, she was able to find a solution that fit my medical and financial needs. She even supplied me with samples to save me even more money. Dr Groff also wanted to follow up on my progress which can often be unheard of in these busy times. Not only will I return for any ophthalmology needs in the future but I am switching to Berkeley Eye Center for my general vision appointments as well. The office staff is always friendly and the location is perfect for me - right in between work and home. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who asks.

I was at Berkeley Eye Center this morning and I have nothing but positive things to say. I called yesterday and they were able to work me in first thing this morning. They also said if I felt like my eyes were getting worse to call back and they would get me in that day. This morning I was greated with a smile and was seen a little before my actual appointment was scheduled. I was seen by Dr. Thota. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She came in and introduced herself, shook my hand and started asking me about my issue. She was polite and very professional. She solved my problem and gave me additional information for my son. Overall - I would say Dr. Thota and staff went above and beyond and I am grateful for their wonderful service.

I definitely came to the right place today! The staff was so professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. My poor vision, poor fitting glasses, and even worse fitting contacts were really starting to drive me crazy (Im kind of a complicated case). I have been in optometrists offices all my life, and this was by far my best experience! Dr. Groff really took the time to discuss my history and concerns. The rest of the staff was just as attentive, and they listened carefully to my problems. They fitted me with a great pair of glasses. Now, I feel there is hope for my eyes, and I cant thank them enough!

Had a wonderful experience here. After visiting two other clinics that offer Lasik I decided to go with Berkeley, everything about the service they offer was great and it felt very individual. I felt very comfortable trusting Dr. Yankelove and his staff with my eyes and vision. Brenda was fantastic at explaining the procedure what I can expect at all stages of the process, just perfect. And I now have 20 - 20 vision after fussing with glasses or contact lenses for over 25 years I should have taken this step a long time ago. Thank you Berkeley Eye Center.

I visited Berkeley Eye Center recently for the first time. I was impressed with the staff who were friendly and welcoming! Dr. Groff was wonderful, and very patient. Her assistant took a comprehensive vision history and Dr. Groffs exam was thorough with time for questions. I also received a summary of my visit, which was a nice surprise, and they billed my insurance for me which was a first and highly appreciated. I highly recommend them and my husband plans to go there for his next exam.

I have been coming to this Berkeley location for years and have always had a good experience! Today I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Groff and her staff! They were all friendly, as usual, and efficient, yet thorough! I especially noticed the lengths they took to make sure all of the equipment was sanitized before I was asked to put my face up to any of it. Each staff member explained every part of my exam and were happy to answer questions.

Have been using Dr. Groff at the Memorial City location since she started there. My experience has always been a good and efficient one with this office. The staff is pleasant, thorough and answers all my questions without hesitation as well as being efficient during the entire appointment .Dr. Groff has a great chair side manner and explains everything completely when asked a question. Definitely get my highest recommendation!
