I have been coming to this place for more than 6 years already. Here I am waiting at the lobby, an hour has passed already. I had an appointment today, I was late and as a courtesy I called to let them know I was running late. I arrived and when I approached the lady at the front desk she just tells me "youre late" . I justify myself telling her I called before , nor looking for an excuse. I mentioned that I understand that Im late, asking her if I could stay or not? Her attitude was very rude . I asked her if it was ok for me to stay or not? She answered there were 8 people before me and my waiting time was an hour. So, I had to wait not only one but almost three hours. Come on! I realized I was not the only one waiting for that long. There was a lady who wasnt late , and had an appointment, arrived on time and has been waiting the same amount of time as me ( the one running late and benign punished ). I never write reviews whatsoever , this time I had to. It is not about the waiting time its more about the attitude. I understand and accepted my responsibility of being late. What I can stand is the rudeness and lack of professionalism from the receptionist. I hope this review helps this place to treat more kindly their customers!

Very unprofessional and bad attitudes. I had an appointment 12/14/15 for my son and was told upon arriving he wasnt due for a check up. So I requested school excuse and manager rudely denied me one. I asked how come I was not told before arriving and she still denied. Finally she made an excuse for my son and rudely told me she would do it to return same day not for next day. Also contacted them 12/15/15 for my glasses and was told to come in. Upon arriving was told not there yet. When Dr probably arrived both reps decided to look for my glasses and what a "miracle" were found. When I requested to speak to Dr about their actions . Did not receive a response or offered another option to speak with him. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to peoples time and health.

I went in for my routine eye exam in the summer of last year. I ordered contacts with them and did not receive them until 3 months later. I called for an update after two weeks and they told me they would be in a few weeks. We repeated this cycle for 3 months and when i asked for my money back they told me i would only get half of the price i paid. The staff was so rude and unhelpful i never want to go back again. Save your time and go elsewhere!!!!!

My wife went there with the kids my oldest daughter said the eye DR. Refused to listen to her when she told him she couldnt read a line and he just said its fine you read it. My wife said that the front desk ladies were so rude and arrogant that when asked question they would evade her questions and got they mad because she didnt buy the contacts from them. Dont waste your money there.

Very unprofessional staff. on my visit I had to wait for 55min before someone called me. I got a guess frame from them and when I went to pick it up and asked for the warrenty on the frame then I was told that its not covered. I think they dont sell original frames as their frames dont have any coverage. I had a very bad experience and I will never go there again.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor was fast, accurate and very nice, he even took the time to look at my 2year old sons eye when I shared that he had poked his last night ( the appointment was for me). I really dont understand all these negative reviews, I didnt wait long at all, I will definitely be coming back!

The Dr his way of talking with you is rushed , like he wants to kick you out already and get your money asap , clearly bullys the staff they seem stressed and thats probably why they give a vibe of rudeness and being stuck up , i dont like him or his workers, again rude and expensive. Really poor professionalism displayed by all staff and Dr. They failed to complete any of their three promises on my glasses being ready from tomorrow to Thurs or Fri to sat at the latest and now not ready til Monday! Like wtf... spent 700$ on a worthless wait. Dont waste ur time, go somewhere else, seriously...

i love the optometrist, and only go there for him, otherwise i would take my business elsewhere. the staff are rude and unprofessional, and they never get my contacts in on time. it takes over a month. they dont even contact you when your stuff comes in.

These people are really rude! Especially the women in the front well really only the women in the front! They were rushing my pregnant girlfriend because she was taking forever to walk into the back room. The only really nice person was named Mario!

Awesone service and fast too. .not only for anuals but in emergency situations too. .above and beyond in customer service. Ive been a custoner since 2014 and still comi g back..thanks exquisite eye care

If I could give no stars, I would. I waited for an hour and still didnt get called. The staff said once a room was available I would get called. Two others went in after that. I left. Do NOT go there.

Not surprised by the other bad reviews. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They were nice over the phone, but once I got there, it was a whole other story. Will not be returning to this location.

Like the eye doctor, but the staff he has is horrible. Dont ever buy glasses from them, they dont know what they are doing....
