Honestly, I cant think of a single thing that I didnt like about this doctor visit. Staff was very courteous and PROMPT. They were ready the moment I walked in (early, I should add), and they were most accommodating to me as I had my two small children with me too. They were efficient with the exam and knowledgeable. Also, they had my contacts in stock, so I didnt have to return to pick them up. Bonus! Pleasant visit, truly.

We see Dr. Castillo, she is amazing, exceptional doctor! She has a wonderful disposition, she explains things thoroughly and if you do not understand or have more questions she is in NO hurry and isnt going anywhere-until you are comfortable with everything. She even takes the time to help/offer suggestions to save you money. Top NOTCH. I highley recommend Dr. Castillo and eye trends of summerwood.

The eye office is the best Ive ever been to. I take my entire family there, and we have all only had great things to say. I have never been to any doctors office where the staff and the doctor get it right, but I must say this office writes the book on how to give prompt, courteous, and professional care. I highly recommend!!!

Excellent Service.. I can make apts on line... arrive and be seen at time promised. Absolutely personalized service.... they are very sweet and know how to smile !! They explained with total detail the procedures, the reason for the tests and I feel very comfortable with the service. A 5 star service!!

This place is great. The whole staff is tentative and helpful. Dr. Castillo is super sweet and patient. The office itself is great-looking and comfortable. Im always seen immediately, too. Really happy to have this place as a resource for eye exams because the team at Eye Trends takes great care of you.
