I would give zero stars if possible. My son and I both see doctors at this office. Dr. Urso and Dr. Thomas are fantastic and the only reason that I have struggled to keep going to this office. The front office staff and the way this office is run is horrific. They have tried to bill me or contact fittings that didnt happen. They also started last year for seeing my son to have two different appointments one for his medical I exam and eyeglass prescription renewal and a separate one to be fitted for contact lenses at which time they try to do an additional exam so that they can bill for that also. These two visits fall under different insurance programs one being medical and one of being vision care. As much as they say it is not about trying to bill double, I find it odd that we constantly have to fight over the second exam after the first exam has just happened within a day or so. We can never seem to get in to see Dr. Thomas and the other doctor theyre forcing us to see about the contact fitting on the same day. This frustrates me as it always causes me to remove my son from school twice to take care of his eyes. Sad to say there are other good doctors out there and I suggest go finding one of them in an office that is run more professionally with patient care in meets in mind.

I had an appointment yesterday, April 4, 2016 at this office. The front desk was very professional. I was called back very soon after my appointment time. Kim was the young lady who got my history. I dont know her title--possibly a P.A. or M.A. She was most thorough and professional. She did many tests for my condition and when Dr. Thomas entered, she briefed him so well, that he was able to immediately get to his tests and treatment. I am 67 and because of my age, unfortunately, go to doctors more than I want. I have never been as pleased with a doctors visit as I was with this one. Now, I got disturbing news, but regardless of the severity of the news, the doctor and assistants were total professionals and know their business to the nth degree. This was my first visit with Dr. Thomas. I have another appointment today. I am in the best hands possible for the condition I have. Didnt have to wait too long at this location but was sent to woodlands location for dye test exam . Apparently there the only ones that have the machine for it. I changed Drs. From another company because you were close to me, but you still ran me across houston for a test. Get the machines needed so people dont have to run across town to do a test etc.
