The "staff" here are very unprofessional! I was seen after hours (after 5pm) had a very long wait. I am fully insured and the lady at the front desk chose to treat me as if i was a self paid patient. She said Dr Gonzalez has passed a new policy as of April 2014 where the office does not bill the insurance first anymore. The patient must pay up-front and i would have to get a refund through my insurance because most insurance companies arent paying them. Then i asked for my anti-biotics to be send to a differnt pharmacy then what was on file and they never sent them. I had to go to the other pharmacy where i specifically requested they not send them there. The few times ive been there it hasnt been a pleasant experience besides the Doctors, who are the only ones who take there job serious. They need new staff in the office if they want to be a successful practice! Doubt i will ever go back!

HORRIBLE!! I went recently because I was sick, and I had Doctor Gonzalez, as soon as he came into the room he wanted to leave. He literally was there for two minutes during checkup and left. After that, a nurse came and said that my medication was transfered to my pharmacy, but NO ONE TOLD ME WHAT I HAD AND WHAT CAUSED MY SICKNESS.... My insurance paid them a lot of money for this horrible service. If you do go to this clinic get Dr. Godfree, she is by far the best doctor there!!

Horrible service. The waiting is super long. I waited about 2 hours to be called in, there wasnt even a lot of patients, and 1 hour waiting for the doctor, he never showed up and they said they could not attend me. I understand if there was an issue but seriously? Why make me wait almost 3 hours just so in the end i get told that I couldnt see the doctor. Wasted a lot of time.

I love this clinic. I have used them for 10 years and two different companies now! Dr. Julian Gonzalez is the best at making his patients feel comfortable and educate them on their injury. His staff is second to none! Crystal is one of the most valuable assets he has! She is a true professional who will do great things in her future.... Great work guys!!

I am literally sitting in here waiting for the doctor (which has taken over an hour) to come in and see me after waiting for an hour and a half in the waiting room , the girls that work up front are rude and have an ugly attitude towards everything you ask and say they do anything but their jobs Im so disappointed in the work they do here

This clinic is the worst .. The staff is very unprofessional , and the fake doctor they have after hours uses google to misdiagnose patients. I will be contacting the medical board to take an indepth look into their operations because there is no way this clinic is running a legitimate business with real doctors !!

The staff here are very disrespectful and í walked in and stood and the desk for a good 10 min while the staff continued to talk about other things not related to work. I finally said is there somebody here is actually works!! They took a long time to verify my insurance... Poor service!!

I took my daughter there she was very sick we waited almost 4 hours my co pay is $20 they charged me for more money I was so upset I wish I would have read the Google reviews before I went, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC

I received a bill because they called me in so they could give me my results. Im having to pay $39 because they couldnt just tell me over the phone?? This is ridiculous. I am never going back to this place.

the receptionist was rude. She asked me what I was there for and while I gave her the info she kept answering personal phone calls. VERY RUDE! Wont go back nor reffer to anyone.
