I see Dr. Rangan who is very thorough but I have had to wait 2 hours to see him then he takes his time with you but sometimes with hearing testing - the actual visit is additional 30 minutes. Also, when checking in, you have to fill out your information on a touch screen Ipad each and every time you come in. Even if you are doing a follow up visit one week after your initial visit [for the same diagnosis], it asks you the same questions - what are your symptoms, how are you paying, what is your medical history, etc. You would think with this upgraded technology, that you would not have to re-enter everything from scratch. Auditory testing - the technician is very nice. The soundproof chamber where the testing is done has NO AIR so when you are sick, congested and asthmatic, you feel like you are suffocating. The end result is - Dr. Rangan will prescribe the correct medications and you will feel much better. Just prepared for a long wait.

Ive been a patient at the Kingwood branch for over 2 years. I have had interactions with Dr. Schroff, Dr. Clegg, and most importantly Erica Hahn, P.A.. Im being treated for CVID with immunoglobulin treatments. I feel very strongly that I am getting the best care possible by Dr Schroff and Erica is a God-send! Amazing communication and such great care. Ive seen Dr. Clegg for a chronic maxillary sinus infection. I had surgery in March and continue to receive his care. I simply cannot recommend this office any higher - 10 ☆, and I feel blessed to have found them. The front office and back office staff are fantastic as well! Sharon

The staff is generally friendly and easy to work with; however, when the allergy shots hours differ from the norm its not well publicized. I have asked for notifications via email, text message, phone call, anything, but it doesnt seem to be something theyre willing to address. Adjusting the hours as needed is not an issue as long as youre fully aware in advance so youre not wasting valuable work time. Its hard enough to take time off work but its even harder knowing you just wasted that time to find out the hours have been changed upon arrival. If this wasnt an issue I would have given 5 stars.

Dr. Shroff is my allergist and is awesome. Very caring, careful and precise. He and Erica are an amazing team and they communicate well with each other. No one drops the ball and they put your health first. Dr. Courson fixed my deviated septum, put in latera implants, did a turbinate reduction and delivered on his promise that I would be able to breath through my nose without a problem - something no one else promised. Imagine my surprise when I woke up from surgery breathing better than when I went in - and that was WITH packing!! The man is amazing! Trust what he tells you.

Service was horrible! I waited for an hour just to be seen by a tech for the purpose of the visit and history info (which was written down on the patient forms) then another half an hour before I was able to see the doctor for 5 minutes. What made it worse was that other patients who came in after with later appts than mine were seen before me (I know this because one of the patient mentioned his appt time to the receptionist). This was the worst customer service I have ever received!! Not coming back again!

Houston ENTs office administrators are both efficient and friendly. It is worth filling out the forms online before your visit (saves time) but its not essential (they are pretty easy to complete when you get there). Dr. Clegg is both a good doctor (my minor surgery and other treatments have been successful) and very good at listening to his patients and then explaining his diagnosis and recommended treatments. You feel you have the information to make an informed decision on his recommendations, which is great.

Dr. Shroff is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He is also very thorough and really cares about his patients. Dr. Schroff also goes the extra mile to make sure that whatever issue you are having is addressed. He is an excellent professional and I strongly recommend him to anyone suffering from asthma or allergies.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Shutoff was wonderful with my 9 year old grandson. Never had a doctor spend so much time explaining results and treatment like he did. The whole staff was wonderful. Couldnt have picked a better place to have our little guy treated. Can be sure I will tell all my friends and clients about this one.

The office staff have been very attentive and organized with staying on top of getting you in to see the doctors. A very organized and pleasant group to deal with.

We waited a little longer than expected for my daughters appointment but the receptionist in the front office were very patient when my little ones were getting restless in the waiting room. Once we were in to see the specialist the visit went smooth.
