I have been going to Family Village for 3 years, my first time to the East location & MY LAST! HORRIBLE Patient service!! Waited 1.5 hours past my visit, a patient who was an hour late for his appointment was seen before me & others who came AFTER me "for just a vaccine." Not one office personal notified me that the doctor was running behind! When I finally saw the doctor for my prescription refill-I went to fill the prescriptions & they were rejected because he wrote the triplicates in correctly!!!! Called to talk to someone about getting them corrected NO ONE answered & NO ONE called me back- so after day 2 of nothing I scheduled another appointment & ANOTHER $40 co-pay at the main location. The best location they have is the one in Katy, Dr. Carter is the BEST!!! I would highly recommend her! I live in Deer Park now, so driving to Katy is way out of the way, but I will drive to 110 & Campbell location (45 mins drive for me) than to drive 15mins away to their East side location!!! Hell will freeze over before I ever go back to the East side!

1st time here. Appointment is at 9:30am. Still waiting going over 30 minutes. Got in right at 30, minutes not bad. Right when I was leaving one of the staff members pulled me aside to talk about my review. I was impressed they actually looked at my review and talked to me about it. Thats the reason I have changed it to 5 star, great staff.

They are horrible they show lots of favoritism to other races you will not get seen on time. From 2008-2016 there services have went from 100 to 30 to put it in perspective for anyone seeking a new doctor.

I had a very comprehensive first examine. Dr. Garcia suggested a bone density test which I hadnt had in years. He showed a lot of compassion ans caring. The staff is nice
