my husband had to go to this place for a job related injury. i called the clinic to have them send me copy of the doctors notes to the address on file. they wouldnt send anything & stated my husband would have to come in personally to sign a release. Note: they are only located in houston area. He is not working there anymore. We live in San Antonio. This women was awful and whoever was feeding her info should have got off there butt and took the phone call.

Ive been coming to USHW since 2012. The staff has always been polite and courteous even when busy. Sometime the wait it long and sometimes its short, as is the nature of the job with all the plant turn arounds, outages and surge in employment. Thank you to all the ladies who always greet me and make me feel welcome when I come to healthworks. And big thanks for the laughs during my physicals, because honestly drs and medical places make me anxious.

I have been here 3 times over the past 2 years. There is not much in the way of customer service. The ladies at the front desk are borderline rude. However, the doctor has always been nice, caring and really listened to what I say.

Doctors are bought and paid for by D the Companies and contractors. You could be bleeding to death and they will tell take two aspirin, put on a band-aid, and youll be fine.
