My husband and I took our newborn son to Dr. Lugo for a few months before we had to relocate. We were so pleased with the way he interacted with our sweet baby; he treated our son as if he was his grandchild, and that meant so much to us. We also loved the nurses! However, the wait to see him was frequently very long (which may be due to the fact that so many people love him!). To summarize my greatest frustrations with this office, I would say that 1. The front office needs to improve their professionalism and record keeping and 2. If you are vaccine-choice, be 100% confident about your stance, and bring in hard copies of your research and literature when you go in for your childs appointment; you will be questioned and pressured into complying with the CDC schedule and 3. Be sure of your insurance benefits, because, as I (and many others) mentioned, the front office can sometimes get things mixed up.

I switched over to Dr. Lugos office when my oldest was about 9 months, the reviews drew me to his office and the service has kept me going back. Now all three of my kids see him and they absolutely adore him. He not only takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns, but he also explains everything thoroughly and plays with my kids. They are very accommodating when it comes to setting appointments, they help me group my offices visits for my kids so I wont have to be back and forth all the time. The nurses are always nice even when its busy and they have so much to do, I never feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lugos office to anyone looking for a great doctor with an exceptional staff.

Absolutely, hands down, Unequivocally, the WORST front office staff ever to work for a reputable wonderful doctor. It is sad that a physician that has such a wonderful manner with his patients has these women representing him at the front desk. I gave 1 star because Lugo is nice, We LOVE his PAs Dyron and Kelly.....its mostly one star just basically because Dr Lugo doesnt seem to care that his staff is cut rate. ****THE REVIEWS OF MY PEERS DONT LIE**** Get a caring staff Lugo....there are way too many other offices for Kingwood residents to patronize because of the lack of care, or attention given by your front office staff. You will lose patients!

I have had two traumatic experiences with these nurses in this Doctors office. Both time my son had to get shots they had me hold him down and gave him shots without any explanation of what they were doing. He screamed and cried and begged me not to let them do it. He was afraid because they made no attempt to get him read or console him during the process. One time his shoe fell off in the struggle. We have had shots at other doctors offices and at the Childrens Hospital and never had these problems. Perhaps this works with some children but it is not an approach that I will allow a third time with my child.

If i could give one 0 stars i would. My daughter has been patient there since 8 months or more whenever she got sick she got wrong medication. I said to myself ok well one time forgivable then next time and next time. Every time i got a medicine for her i ended up in a hospital. I just went there again and got something i gave her this in the morning my daughter was cramping i didnt know if i have to call 911 or not. I am done with this place !!

I accompanied my daughter for my 7-month-old grandsons visit. The nurse was attentive and caring as my daughter described the reason for our visit. When Dr. Lugo entered he took the time to play and talk to my grandson and made him laugh. This was helpful as it allowed my grandson to be comfortable as Dr. Lugo checked him. The doctor and staff are friendly; and I appreciated how they gave great care to their patients.

I love this drs office Ive seen 3 of the drs there and they were all great, my primary there is now dr krupnik,she is absolutly one of the best drs i have ever had. She is very caring,patient understanding.You can feel comfortable telling her anything. Dr Krupnik is thorough and takes her time with you.Im so glad I found this drs office. I have going to this doctor since I was maybe 3 or 4 yrs old. Always friendly staff and professional yet caring doctors that actually seem to care about fixing you up instead of pumping you full of medicine. Very rare to still find places like these. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Im been using this clinic for my 2 kids for about 2 years and everything going great until they got a new doctor Lopez he is so mean non professional guy at all he were argument with me like a lady i never saw that before this is crazy specially when he is a "doctor"

I love dr. lugo to death but his front desk ladies make coming here such a frustrating experience. The lady who answers the phone is lazy. People dont return my calls. The front desk nurses are the reason Im choosing a different doctor. Ridiculous.

Dr Lugo is wonderful! He was my children s pediatrician since they were small. He is so great with kids! When I saw that he was in family practice I immediately made him my primary physician. I have been going to his office for over 10 years.

He must be good, there are several good reviews, but I have been trying for a couple of months, and cant even get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I am not sure if I really need a doctor that I cant get a hold of.

We see Dr Baker and we are in love with her! She is so amazing. Our entire family loves her. We feel lucky that we found her when we moved to Kingwood last year. We will definitely recommend her to everyone we can.

They never answer the phone, I like Dr Victor Lugo, hes friendly and nice person, but the staff especially in the lobby are rude, and they never wants to help you with nothing!!
