Im late to write this review. But I was accidentally scheduled by a family member with this provider; I forgot to tell the family member I switched insurance and doctors. I nearly had a panic attack. About two years ago I was scheduled by this provider. While the long wait times are always bad, I was stuck waiting in the dim lit, freezing cold exam room in short sleeves after already waiting an hour and a half. it was another 45 minutes before I walked into the hallway crying, stating I just wanted to go home. The RN/NPs calmed me down and asked if I could do blood work. I agreed, but I was too tense and nervous for the RN/NPs to extract blood from me. I was stuck about three times until they saw how stressed I was and let me go. The worst part of the experience is that they continue to attempt to bill me for blood work I did not have. Is it illegal to bill someone for services they did not receive? Either way, its an extreme insult to have a $400 bill for healthcare I did not receive. While the staff is polite, the time after that experience and the last time I came to this provider, I asked them if I could have my paperwork fixed so I could stop being billed for services I did not receive. I was told at first that the billing person would speak to me in 10 minutes; after 10 minutes I was told that the billion person had left for lunch. While polite, the staff doesnt seem to consider people a priority. Im upset and near tears just reliving my experience as I write this. I really hope these people work better to not cause sensitive people like me undue trauma. I blocked the experience out of my head for the last few years. Healthcare is supposed to help people; not add to their anxiety.

*Update* My experience was horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. 1st I made my appointment for 3:45 and I still didnt get out until 6pm. I went for my ear which is stopped up bad. The lady that was doing it did not even have up to date equipment and could not unstop my ear. Its worse than when i got there. After that the receptionist had the audacity to tell me I owed $167. FOR WHAT? YOU DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT OFFER ME A REFEREAL TO TO WHAT YOUR ASS COULDNT DO! IM livid, although with a 1.2 rating what more could I expect. Will be finding another provider ASAP! After my horrible experience the day before i had no faith in them making my recomendations for the other Drs that they told me I needed to see, so I was pleasantly surprised when the next day everything was handles before i could even call. There was a slight hiccup with the referell but it was handled and everytging was smoothed out. Great followup.

Waiting time was long. I booked an appointment for 9:00am, I didnt get seen until almost 11. I would have understood if the waiting room was full and had a lot of appointments scheduled that day, but there was only 3 of us in the waiting area. Awful waiting area as well. The only couch they had in the waiting room was old with cracked/torn leather, and seemed like it was falling apart. The rest of the chairs are uncomfortable and dont even match. It seems like they just picked up random furniture from the side of the roads. The nurses and staff are impersonal, which isnt really a problem for ME. However, I did not appreciate them FISHING for my vein when they were taking a blood sample. And when they noticed me wincing as they were fishing and literally saying "ow", all they said was "oh, it hurts?" and continued doing it anyway. Never going there again. It was my first and last.

The office staff is very slow. My father is 97 years old. He doesnt want to see the PA HE WANTS TO SEE THE DOCTOR. The docorrect is never there, we even schedule an appointment on the day the doctrine is suppose to be there and he still not there. You call and can never get a live person to answer its always recordings.. if you need a refill you can forget that too. I havery had to go the the of clients which is 45 minutes away. I have a job and it is hard to get there before they close. I keep calling until I get a live person. Dr. Killeen is a good doctor but it just takes absolutely too long.

Horrible experience. Ive been here since 1:30 pm, and now its 3:30 and I do not tend addition to Dr. Ronald never attends and when you make an appointment with the gate always, service is horrible, dirty and unkempt, Dr. goers will never reviewed and is no experience or professionalism. If I had the option not to give any star would, because the truth is horrible service. No steriedad and good attention to patients. Really, think about it before coming. HONESTLY BAD SERVICE !!! Im waiting for long time for my appointment here

I personally, had Dr Killam as my PCP for 18 months. During that time I NEVER saw him. Its always the PA or NP. My dad has been a patient of Dr Killam for 3 years, and he couldnt even tell you what he looks like because he has never seen him. My dad tells me that one time, he was there for almost FIVE hours for a visit. You have to wait ALL DAY for someone to call you back. That is.... IF they call you back. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for a doctor.

Dr. Killam is never in his office hes never there i dont never see him your pas are no good i waited two hours way after my appointment dr. Killam does not care about me his staff ignores me when i need a prescription refills they will not refill mine dr. Killam simply does not care

My sisters appointment was for 3:30. It was after 5:00 when she was called back. Dr. Killam is very rarely seeing the patients; its always a P.A. I have been bringing her to Dr. Killam for more than 5 years. Its probably time to get a different PCP.

I have been waiting in office for 1.5 hours and still in line to see doctor. Expect to take the entire day off for a scheduled visit. Update- the PA was great to talk with and very helpful. Too bad that they have her overbooked.

The doctor dr.Ronald Killiam) Over dosed myself while in hospital. I was out for 3 days and when i came to i had lost my memory,for weeks and needed help walking.I will never see him again....

Our appt was for 12:45 and finally got called back at 1:55 its like this everytime people wait atleast a hour it seems will be looking for a new doc for the kids trust me
