They are the most rudest people ever... Very nasty attitude, stairs at crazy like you have poop on you, very unprofessional, then the way they ask you if you have insurance is in a very nasty tone, dont have a dark skinned complexion you really get treated nasty and treated as if your broke... How do I know it was me they treated this way. Everyone else got a good morning how are you, the staff would tell everyone good bye... I didnt get that... All I got was... Can I help, you got insurance and they will be ready in 10 days... Not even a thank you!!! They lady that did the eyeglass fitting is very rude, dont really like answering your questions and treat you as if your dumb or stupid... I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend anyone here!!! Not to mention all there glasses are ugly and very expensive... If your looking for an exam, lenses, and frames that are all covered under your insurance this place is not for you... Hell all there frames alone are all over $200.00 and most insurance companies only pay up to $130.00. This place is not a great place... Again I will never come back are recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

My first visit went great and they gave me trial contacts the same day so I could go to the river but Im back for my follow up and this place is sooo crowded, I had no where to sit in the waiting room. I think they may have over scheduled. Hopefully I can get in and get out fairly quick since its just a follow up but well see, its not looking too good right now.
