My son had a visit on yesterday 2/16/17.. when the appointment was initially made, I informed them of the switch to his insurance, was told everything was fine. When I arrived at the office I was told he was not in network and had to pay 89.00 for his visit. Then I gave the young male medical assistant the pharmacy number for his prescription, which still ended up being called into the incorrect pharmacy. The staff and the office manager are very rude, unorganized, and not informed about medical practices. Dr. Wilson is GREAT but his staff is going to make him lose a lot of patients.

Ive been having problems with them since March, when my daughter was born, been dealing with it since theyre the only ones who take my kids Medicaid, but today they have no more scripts to write out prescriptions and so my son, who is adhd, has to go without until they get more scripts and they lost his insurance card. To top it off they nurses and receptionist were extremely rude. I am changing doctors after today even if I have to drive an hour to it. Anywhere is better than here. Dont go. Ever.

They are seriously very unorganized and very unprofessional staff. I always have to call them multiple times to have my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. They also hardly answer their phone along with many more problems. Just save yourself the headache and dont go here. There are average doctors offices that are literally a million times better than this one.

i took my 11 month son there with alot of fever in there still wouldnt bother to take the time to give my son a check up instead they just said i need it to make an appointment i wouldnt recomended that place to anyone i got 8 children and i been to several pediatrician with good medical service but there far away from where i live now

Staff is disrespectful. Doctor lies. He says one thing and does another. I have switched my kids to a different doctor. He says he is about god. But god dont like ugly. Will never go to this doctor again.
