I went in for a simple checkup. Doctor was nice. Nurse was a little rude and no one ever really explained what was going on. Had blood drawn for a checkup and they told me to call in on Monday for the results. I have called every day this week and either no one answers or when they do, they send me to a voice mail to leave a message. No one has called me back all week. I did get someone on Thursday that said she would have dr. Spradlin call me on friday. But that never happened. She said they were very busy. Obviously too busy to help their patients. Will not be going back. Terrible They are so rude!

Physician is OK. Office staff is very rude -- doesnt return telephone calls (3 VM messages) asking for test results and a receipt of my co-payment (my health care spending account asked for proof). You would be better off with a practice associated or part of a hospital / larger organizations such as Kelsey, Memorial, or Houston Methodist. I would not use the office again because of the support staff. I may have to make a long drive over to the office to get proof of $40 co-payment.

Dr.Spradlin is one of the still few practicing physicians that treat you as a patient and not a number . He is well read as a family doctor. I have known him for over 25 yrs., and gave my mother & family the best care & referrals when needed. He does not drop the ball in the middle of his care for you. You wouldnt mind the drive for an appointment with him.

Each time Ive seen Dr. Spradlin hes been very kind. He isnt in a rush and will thoroughly explain issues & treatments. When I called for results, I received them in a timely manner.
