My mother went to see this Dr and paid $300 for the visit. The PA was so RUDE. He raised his voice at my mother and was extremely disrespectful. He sat at his fancy desk with his jewlery and flashy pictures and spoke to her without any consideration for her feelings. She suffers from depression and is in thr throws of a major downward spiral and here you are as a PA putting her downand speaking to her like trash. She needs help, isnt this supposed to be a place that provides that? The PA should be ashamed. He was too good to be her doctor but not too good to take her money. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

First appointment I scheduled and couldnt get in for over 4 weeks. I was very understanding with that since I was a new patient. They called the morning of to cancel and had to reschedule me 2 weeks later. Now were at over 6 weeks waiting. I showed up this morning and my clinician had apparently called in sick. Mind you it was a 45 minute drive. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I am in the process of looking for another psychiatrist, thank God Im not suicidal.

If you need an actual therapist to talk to...do NOT choose this practice. I waited for over 2 months for an appointment, was put on a new medication and told to call back with an explanation of what happened to me on the new medicine. Its been over a week, Ive left numerous messages, and I have still not heard back from the provider. I do not feel like they are in the business of helping people at all, they simply want to collect co-pays.

Not helpful at all and not veteran friendly. Had to cancel my appt doing to a scheduling conflict and the lady told me they were hesitant to reschedule me. I explained to her that I was a full time student and I did not know my school schedule when I made my appointment. Booking is a month out at least.

This office has done nothing to help my neice who recently made an outcry of abuse. They wont even make n appointment to see her instead say well we can see her 2 months from now. Disgusted
