I have been a patient of Dr Perez since he came to practice in Channelview, I was impressed with his concerned for his patients at first but when the Bucks started rolling in and the office got jammed with patients the only time you can get to see him is 4 am in the morning if youre lucky enough to get in then. I think now he is more concerned with being greedy instead of helping the needy. I can say he is a good Doctor but if he keeps that up...... like me, I think no one will trust him anymore. He started giving me meds that I was highly allergic to and I couldnt get an appointment to see him until 4 am and I am 73 yrs young and dont feel its safe for anyone to go see a Dr. at that time of day I value my life more than that. He just does not have time for his patients anymore.. Also his staff is very rude!!!!!!!!!!!! And he does not even care about that!! Go at your on risk, I hope that God takes care of the people thats been seen by him. And I wish he change his daily routine and take his profession more serious!!!

excellent and WONDERFUL DOCTOR ! LOVE THIS GUY HE IS NICE AND VERY TRADITIONAL I WOULD SAY , he asks how u r feeling then actually looks at where u r talking about instead on sitting by hind a desk and writing antibiotics he is really traditional and looks in Ur mouth and throat and nose DR PEREZ IS not ugly in any manner very EXCELLENT AND WONDERFUL~~~~~ ~~ ~~every time i am sick he fixes me ~~~THEN I CAN WORK ~ ~~ ~~like i said very kind and sweet not mean at all and he is traditional which i value instead of a younger guy as old as me im 23 so that a little too-young THATS AND @# 23 an experienced doctor for me but not DR PEREZ//// i want a doctor like Perez for ever ~~~ .. I LOvE THIS DOCTOR VERY KIND n TO THE POINT NOT TRYING tO CHIt CHAT other than to ask how u feel and been feeling lately so he great `~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~ I want a traditional doctor ~LIKE DR PEREZ ~"very sweet" " WONDERFUL"

Dr. Perez has been my family (and extended familys) primary physician for many, many years. Appointments book up fast (as word has gotten out!) but that only shows what a exceptional MD he really is. That said, he caters to those who need immediate help by opening his office at 5am for walk-ins: If youre there at 5, youre usually out by 6... He is a great guy and an excellent practitioner. His fingers are cold, but skinny, & his breath is minty-fresh... Ask about his buy-1 get-1 free prostate-check promotion!! My only complaint is when I had plantar fasciitis he made fun of my shoes (while wearing his crocs!). :P But seriously, his new office remodel is amazing and you cant go wrong here...

Great doctor, Ive had nothing but great experiences every time I have gone. He takes the time to listen to you and explains everything very well in a way you can understand. I would highly recommend him. Make sure to book your appointment quickly though, his appointments get taken up pretty fast but Im sure you would expect that from a good doctor.

I was very happy with Dr. Perez and his friendly office staff. I was pleased that his office opens early so I can get in and out before I need to get to work. He makes my visits very convenient with the in office staff to provide testing so I can get many things done at one facility and he is very passionate about quality patient care.

Dr. Perez takes his time & listens to his patients & once your finish he gives u an idea of whats going on with your body in ways an individual can understand & learn how to take care of theirself from that point on. He is a miracle worker in my opinion. Highly recommend him as a doctor.
