I have two children and one that has only ever been to Dr. Do. My oldest loves to go to the doctor lol so his aids/nurses are great with her. He is a little direct and sometimes I have a difficult time understanding him but he is always very thorough about finding the reason why were there. I have never had a wait longer that 30 min. and usually the whole visit is about 1 1/2 hours. I have been seen same day multiple times around 5ish and within two days for well baby checks. My only complaint is there is no separate waiting room for well baby checks. Twice we have been for my 6 month old and her big sister caught something once was a bad virus that went though the whole house and the other was a stomach bug :/ The front desk is very unhelpful when your calling for anything other than an appointment. I needed the Tylenol dosage for my infant after shots and the guy on the phone told me to call a pharmacy since they didnt do that...i was told while there just call to get the dosage if she did get a fever so that was very frustrating overall I am very happy with them and they are close to home so I do like that too.

I called my insurance before going to this office. My insurance told me I had a health fund that would cover my visit. I get to the office and the lady at the front desk called my name out and explained I owed $90 copy. I explained to her I shouldnt have to pay because I was told by my insurance that my health plan had money in it and that it would pay for it. She rudely said no I didnt and that she spoke to a women with my insurance and said I owed $90. Well I had to see a doctor because it was for my son and it was an emergency. Otherwise I would have went somewhere else. A month later I found out through my insurance they took money out of my health fund after I paid the $90 copay. Even when the front desk lady said I didnt have money in my fund they still took it. I am still to this day trying to get my $90 refunded and the excuse is "give us another 6 weeks." Sorry but this place is a rip off and has poor customer service!

the front desk is rude and impatient, the staff is completely unhelpful and inattentive to your needs/concerns or questions. When trying to schedule an appointment, its like pulling teeth. I have two small children and sitting there waiting for hours on your appointment you called ahead and scheduled is absolutely ridiculous. the nurse assistant in the back doesnt listen to what you have to say, just ask her questions for the computer, then leaves. the doctor wasnt bad, but hard to understand and doesnt make you feel secure that all needs have been met. To use these services, you have to be rude and demanding back and I prefer to NOT be that way. no customer service skills at all. will not go back and use their services.. when called to say I will be trying to find another pediatrician, the front desk lady didnt care or even ask to why in worry, she said GREAT and hung up.

Make an appointment or dont make an appointment, it doesnt matter. I have never waited less than an hour and a half to be taken back to a room. Then get to a room and continue to wait. Once the doctor comes in, he is in a big hurry and rushes through seeing you. It just doesnt make sense how everyone claims to have to wait so long to be seen but the doctor spends literally one minute in the room with you and then they are hurrying you out. Terrible and rude office staff. I will not be coming back, EVER! I have been here around 10 times hoping things would change because the location is so convenient to where I live but this is not how a business should treat its customers.

Not only do you wait forever to be seen. You get in the waiting room, wait some more. Then when he gets to you, he like to ask, What do you think is wrong with you? You tell him the symptoms. He Googles , then prescribes a med. Poor service. I had to change physicians. I usually dont rate or review but it just had to to be of the bad experience with this Dr. He needs to go back and get his licences updated. I was forced to give 1 star to post. He doesnt deserve any. :(

He is the Pediatrician for my three kids since 2013. The wait is long but hes the only Dr there and he sees each patient, not nurses. My favorite things about his office are Saturday appointments and same day appointments. The flexible office hours have saved me many times with work. He seems to know exactly what is wrong when children are sick. Hes aware of the viruses going around in the area. Very knowledgeable Dr.

If you come here, expect excessive wait times. Ive waited from 35 minutes after being placed into a room to over 1 hour and half. Dr. Do is good though so I return to see him but Im beginning to question if this wait time is worth it. I could have just gone to a minute clinic. I guess Ill just contemplate that further as I continue to wait to be seen.

Disrespectful employees with no name tags to identify themselves. They need further instruction on verifying insurance benefits as well as learning customer service skills. I can assure you that the insurance company will be made aware of how they treated us and I hope this review helps someone avoid this place!

Wait time has improved and they are always able to squeeze us in when other offices say.."next available in 3 days"... I am sick today and Dr Do office will figure it out. We might wait when we come in as a walk in, but we get seen and we get better quicker. We have been going to him for 10 years now.

Pack a lunch if you plan on going to this place. Expect very long wait times. Ive felt like just walking out at every single visit. Today, I finally had to pull my son out of there after waiting over 50 minutes for a simple test result that takes less than 10 minutes at other pediatricians.

Just moved to the area. Needed a family doctor. He is always on time and extremely flexible on appointment times. He is quick and can pinpoint the issue at hand. Also love the fact that his experience is in internal medicine
