I was hesitant about my first visit after reading some of the negative reviews. The service I received from Ms. Thompson and her crew was peerless. She listens attentively and gives sound advice while relating your issues with her own experiences and...well...generally treats you like a person and not just another task, as virtually every other physician I have visited tends to. I waited to post a review until after my second visit to ensure that the quality of service was consistent. It was! Keep up the great work!

I wouldnt even give this man one star. He let my mom lay critically in a hospital bed for 3 days and literally threw his hands in the air and said I dont know whats wrong with her and we arent going to run tests to run tests. We finally demanded a second opinion and he called for a neurologist to consult. After the neurologist being in the room 5 min and a blood test she figured out what was wrong and she is now in ICU and we are praying she will pull through. If you care for your loved ones dont use this man.

Absolute garbage treatment and service. It takes 90 minutes PAST your appointment time to be seen, if youre lucky. If youre like me, and request your records, they become vindictive, and refuse to see you at all, even after waiting 90 minutes. They then refused to refund my copay. The cops had to FORCE these people to refund my money. I half suspect this Dr and his staff are closet racists, since they are entirely staffed by black people. I wouldnt send my dog to this place.

my husband Mark Moses went to Ladonna Thompson the other day as she in turn mentioned setup for a diabetic doctor, havent heard of a follow thru with this... tried to call office 6/9/16 as it mentioned closed at this time... would like a reply ASAP please.. all in all, always a listening ear she gives, God bless yalls day...

Dr. Dee is amazing, our whole family sees her and I wouldnt go anywhere else! She takes her time and really listens and makes sure we have the best care! If I could give more stars I would The absolute best in Longview!

I have never had a problem getting in here, nor have I ever had to wait. Last two times they have worked me in quickly. Dee is amazing and truly cares about the patients!
