The staff are great. I have 4 kids who go here, in fact I used to see Dr Nick before the clinic expanded. My only complaints are the hours of operation really suck and the waiting sucks even more. The main waiting area is always too crowded and its too small, you are up close and personal with strangers. Forget about squeezing a carseat or a stroller in.. Dr Nick used to keep the really sick seperate from the ones who werent nearly as sick. Also newbies didnt wait due to germs from sick kids.. So much has changed since Maria passed away.. If the hours and waiting time would change this clinic would be THE BEST. Seems like they overbook patients.

Unpredictable. The hours listed on the web are incorrect and the hours on their own voicemail message are also incorrect. Always expect your appointment to last at least two hours..of waiting and waiting, then you get to a room the nurse weighs the kiddo and takes a few notes and you wait some more. And wait and wait and wait....then the doctor will spend 5 minutes with you and the little one and you are done. The Doctors are nice and helpful but its horrid to have to wait so much.

I entered the building with both my 9days old twin sisters and my mother. The ladies were very nice and were professional in what they were doing. Only downside was the elderly lady who handled the twin babies. She was a bit too rough handling the girls and that bothered me. The time it took to get everything done was overall good.

The hours say until 3 and I am pretty sure I have made later appointments than that. I just called and its 5 mins till 3 and there closed the answering service said they close at 2. What doctors office closes at 2 everyday? Not helpful at all.

I went here as a child and now I take my baby here. Always love it. I had Dr.Nickolidice then she passed away, now my kids have her son Dr.Nickolidice he is just as great. Love how they listen to your concerns instead of brushing them off.

Our appointment was set for 9:45. Two hours later we have yet to see the docotor. The visit was just for shots before school. I have never waited this long at any office and my oldest child is eleven years old.
