I am here with my dad and just realized we need to find another eye doctor. This office is very outdated and "communication" of any sort does not exist. We had a 2:30p appt, we arrived at 2:20p, it is now 5:26p and we are still here, going from one side of the office to the other without being told why we r being shuffled. We asked a staff member in scrubs what we were waiting for and she could not tell us anything. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I would rate this place a 0 of I could!
