Horrible service , thats all I can say! I tool my 23 month child in because she had a fiver of 102. I was a walk in so I knew there might not be any space for my child. I talked to the receptionist, at the time I was there it was 1:30 PM the young lady asked for my i.d and my insurance and said the fastest they could see my child was at 3:00 PM. I told her I would take her elsewhere and then she said that she would check again to see if she could find anything. She then said that she could get my child in at 2:00 so I decided to stay. I ended up waiting in the waiting room for almost 2-3 hours. I asked what the hold up was and they told me that they could not verify my insurance, they said that they where on hold and that they were waiting on an answer, I thought to my self "Ive never had this problem anywhere else. so I continued to wait, I asked again if they had gotten an answer and all they would say is "NO". I demanded for them to call again, but this time I waited in front of them ( at all times I was speaking Spanish to he staff). the receptionist called and said " I was told that you were verifying it". This whole time Im waiting and they never called to verify my insurance. By that time it was 4 PM even if I wanted to leave no one else would take my child in. well not even a minute later they get a call verifying my insurance. And to top it off, when the nurse checked her temperature I felt like she was too rough and I was trying to talk to her and she didnt seem to pay attention. then the doctor comes in check my child and says that everything is "normal" that this things happen, she checked her through and said it was a bit red but said that it was normal. She also seemed not to give my child the attentions she needed. I go home my child still has the high fever and two days later gets a horrible cough that she cannot even sleep! I would not like anyone to go threw something like this, when our child is sick you just want it to go away and this place defiantly did not help at all.

I started using this clinic a little over 2 years ago and then it was amazing nurse Anna and Dr munoz are the best but lately the past few months it has gone down hill I took my daughter to her appointment the woman at the desk called her up then asked for her name and if I signed in Wich of course I did she called he up from the sign in sheet she then asked for my Id and her I insurance card an also if my paper work was filled out (no one gave me any paperwork yet) I then gave her my Id and insurance she gave it back a few minutes later gave me papers to fill out then asked for my Id again and the cards and asked if anyone copied the cards an it was her I gave it to she forgot to copy it and put the info in system so someone else did it they put her as a new patient but shes been going there since birth shes 26 months old now and they had no info on her in their system anymore so they need my contact info again OK so finally I went to the back and I waited in the back about an hour after waiting nearly an hour in the front they told me she needed shots then that she didnt so I started dressing her after check up and they come back turns out she did need shots she got one I finally went to check out they didnt schedule her next appointment for her which should be at 27m according to the Dr they said they would call so we leave and half way home they call me asking why she missed her appointment and if I wanted to reschedule I told them I just left and he got her shot and check up already they then questioned me and said "here this clinic???" I said yes we literally just left they then had to check again to be sure and just said OK thank out and hung up this office just isnt what it used to be before when I first came to this Dr the whole first year they would have gotten 5+ stars but now no and Im seriously considering a new Dr if you do go to this clinic try your best for nurse anna she is amazing the clinic and most others there however not so great...

UPDATED!!!!!!! I wouldve given them five stars but two things were not up to par. First off, let me mention that this was my daughters first visit. So as I soon as I walk in and walk up to the receptionist all she says without even looking at me is, sign in but they were like 3 to 4 different clipboards on the counter so Im looking at them and then I look at her and I say OK well this is my first time here so is there like a different Doctor per clipboard or do I sign any clipboard. Any, was her response. Then after visit was said and done I asked the nurses and receptionist when could I expect my Daughters medication to be call on at the pharmacy . I was told immediately. The appointment was at 9:30 AM so I waited till 11 and then I called the pharmacy no prescription. So I called weekare pediatrics repeatedly and still after 2 PM no prescription at the pharmacy then I called the pharmacist to have the pharmacist call the pediatrics and then holy moly a miracle happened almost 4 PM medication at the pharmacy . Finally, I love my Pharmacist . Three stars because the doctor that my daughters were seen by was excellent. UPDATE !!!! It was the 10th of August when my children were see last and I have yet to receive the lab results for the eldest. When Ive call the females that answer the phones, that do not give their names, seem to have no clue what Im asking for. After being transferred a few times and put on hold, all Im told is that they will call me back. So far NO call back with the results or even answers to my other questions. I am so disappointed and discouraged about the staff they have working there. The stars are disappearing. I do believe I just might have to look elsewhere for a pediatrician and I just switched to them in August. School will start in a matter of days, still waiting on answers.

So me and my husband just moved to the area from Denver, and yes my son is on medicaid due to how high medical is, my husband works and im a stay at home mom, I took my 2 year old son here since its 1 of the only places around that take his insurance, it was like a damn puppy mill in there!!! Just for kids!!! My son was so scared by the doctors! And for a office to have absolutely NO toys or inviting environment was weird to me. It was my 1st time here, and i will probably be back unfortunately since I cant find anyone els near our house that takes his insurance. I was here 45 mins before his apt, did the paper work, then waited, waited and waited tell he got called back the 1st time, the nurse was NOT friendly, didnt say her name or what she was going to do, (weight and measurements etc), just bossed me around like I was just some low class low life mom or somthing. Just plane off putting!! Then had us go back into the waiting area that looks like a DMV, for another wait of 20 mins tell another nurse called us back and she was a little better just shy and quite but nice, then the doc came in and just asked like 2 questions about my son, and pretty much ordered me he needs a specialist about his speech since he doesnt talk much, (but he understands what you say,and is smart as hell) but nither did I nor my 1st child tell we were 3. She also tried forcing my son who was already terrified of the last nurse and herself, a hearing test when I told her he had already had it done at his previous doc in Colorado. Unfortunately they seem to just work there and hate it. Its sad.
