My 78 year old great aunt was under Dr. Rubials care for 3 years for leg ulcers. He never gave a diagnosis nor did did he refer her to a specialist. He neglected the severity of the problem. He did not give her tests to determine pre-diabetes or high blood pressure. The billing department did not check her Medicare benefit eligibility and made her pay full price visit. She did not complain because she did not understand the process or the level of neglect she was under. She trusted the doctor and staff to have her best interest in care and health at heart. Do not go to this Doctor.

I completely agree with the other review on here. Very rude receptionist, they are short and treat everyone like crap. People are sick when they come and probably leave feeling worse. I dont care how good a doctor is, if they treat you like crap youll take your money elsewhere.

In and out is the best way to describe this clinic. The only contact with dr. is when you get seated in his office to get a prescription written. If you want a dr. who takes their time and answers questions, find another.
