Extremely dissapointed. My wife took our 1yr old son in for his regular checkup. Upon arrival my wife naturally brought our son in. did the regular thing in making sure they have our insurance etc like you would any doctor. The visit went fine and everything was okay. The issue however is when we got a bill that we should not have gotten. We called the clinic to see what the deal was and what was going on. they said the insurance company denied the claim as they dont cover regular checkups. that is absolutely not true so my wife called the insurance company to see why it was denied. They told us that in April the clinic was no loner in network and is now out of network. We called the clinic again because naturally how are we meant to know? Its not like you go to a doctor and checkup on them to make sure their actually organized and on top of that sort of thing. We go there because we trust them with our health expecting that if they can take care of something so important, then the little things will be take care of as well. They should at least when we visit say hey we pulled your insurance and we are no longer in network. No we instead got some rude lady no shocker and told we need to write them a letter to dispute this. Seriously I would not trust them with my health if they cannot get their act together on simple running of a business. My mechanic does a better job.

Wish I could give them 0 stars!!!! Went in due to concerns about a thyroid and heart issue. Instead I was snapped at for refusing to have a pap smear and STD screening done (just had this done 6 months ago somewhere else). That was all they seemed to care about, told me to go see another doctor, and my concerns were invalid.Told them I have celiac, my follow up notes state to eat a diet rich in WHOLE WHEAT. They dont care about patients well being AT ALL they judge you before you step foot in the clinic. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Especially do not see Dr. Ann Molitor or her nurse Amy. After I expressed my frustration to the Dr regarding her nurse she put a note on my test results to have my mental health checked. I have been to MANY doctor appointments, but these two take the cake on WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Fairview if you read these, these two need to go back to school to learn how to LISTEN to a patients concern and bed side manners.

I went in for a strep test. The staff were all very friendly and professional. My only complaint was the very long wait when there were not very many other patients waiting in the waiting room. To the person who commented about them no longer being in network with your insurance: I can tell you as a healthcare employee that the facility has no way of knowing whether you are in network. They can know whether or not they accept a specific insurance company, but even within the same company plans can vary. They dont know the details of your specific plan. Sometimes certain plans even only work with specific doctors at a clinic. Unfortunately, they were correct when they said you have to verify network coverage with your insurance company. Hopefully your insurance company was able to work something out with you!

Didnt want to leave a review, because people are human and make mistakes, but I keep thinking I just dont want it to happen to someone else. I went it after taking a positive pregnancy test at home only for them to tell me after two urine tests and a blood test that I was not pregnant. After a week and still no period, I took another test at home. Positive at home again. Called back to find out what could be happening, and the nurse that answered said that I was indeed pregnant when I had been in a week earlier, and didnt know how someone could read the results wrong and tell me I was not pregnant. They probably have great doctors and staff, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this clinic.

WORST CLINIC EVER - DO NOT GO HERE!!! After waiting 45 minutes in a nasty, dirty, germ filled waiting room I approached the desk again to ask how much longer. Come to find out someone "forgot" to tell the doctor that I was there and now she was too busy to see me......... I think that I should have been prioritized ahead of the other patients! Wow fairview, my first appointment at your clinic with my new "fairview" insurance - and definitely my last! Not only did I leave work and arrange for a special babysitter for this appointment, I also needed the physical competed for my school! WORST CLINIC EVER - DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I live in Minneapolis and still drive to Eagan where I used to live to see the best doctor in the TC area who works here. Maybe I was lucky to have met my doctor when I moved to Eagan 8 years ago but I wouldnt go any where else. Yes, the receptionists are the least desirable, no actually being ill, and germs are the least desirable things about the clinic. The clinic itself is CLEAN! I usually dont write reviews, but I had to b/c this clinic is a fantastic clinic. The individual who took off time from work must not know that the clinic has extended urgent care hours...open until 10:00 pm. FEC you Rock!

This clinic building is brand new so it feels very clean and bright there. When my son was born a few months ago we needed to see the doctor and have his blood drawn daily after his one week appointment. My husband and I have also needed to go on several occasions for different reasons. We usually have no problem getting appointments, if we go to urgent care we can check online before we go to see how long the wait is. All staff we have interacted with have been friendly and reassuring when we really needed it. I enjoy coming to this Fairview location because I know my family will be taken care of.

This particular Fairview is very unaccommodating when scheduling mammograms. I ran into a road closure and called to let them know I would be 15 min late for an appointment that took months to get into and I had to take off work to make. As I walked in they were told that I needed to reschedule. I have had much better service from other clinics and would not recommend this to anyone for a mammogram. They use a traveling mammogram service that scheduled at another location a half hour after my appointment time, which did not leave adequate time for my appointment.

The new location is nice but staffing lacks accountability. Earlier today, I looked online and saw no wait time, so my wife brought our twin infant daughters in, only to be told the wait was actually 45 minutes to an hour. The staff stated "oh, I guess we forgot to update that". We learned our lesson, not to trust Fairviews website and actually call... I cant comment on the medical treatment side, since it was faster to drive to the a different urgent care (where their wait times were accurate, and significantly shorter) than to wait here.

Im writing from an appointment perspective, but this clinic doesnt have much for me to complain about. Took no time at all to get an appointment, no time to get in for said appointment and was seen quickly. The nurse practitioner was super amazing, giving me way more than I asked for in terms of care and information. The nurses did seem overworked and stressed, so I can understand why sometimes they can come off as rude to others. They werent rude to me though. Ill be using this clinic a lot from now on!
