Unfortunatly, I have to give you 1 star. You should get 0 starts. Im being forced to take my daughter to your clinic. because of my insurance. I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. but, your person, that answered the phone, told me, Id had to wait till september, for an ear infection!! really?! very poor customer service hear. I shouldnt have to wait that long. I knew there was a reason why I like children clinics of saint paul, they reserve a certain amount of appointment for emergency types. Very poor impression for anew patient. I think Ill just wait, and get my old insurance

I cant speak for the other doctors here, but Dr. Jeremiah Eisenschenk is perhaps the best doctor Ive ever had. Unlike other doctors, I definitely felt that he saw me as a person, not as a problem needing drugs to fix, and he asked thoughtful questions to understand me better and provide more holistic treatment. He does a good job at putting patients at ease and ultimately is someone who I feel safe trusting my health to.

The rudest receptionists Ive ever dealt with. They make you feel like your phone call is an incredible burden. Also theyre always listed by my insurance as having openings but when I call they never have anything available.

Great doctor however the staff is terrible. Telephone lines are long. Costumer services at the front desk is so rude. Waiting to be seen is always 30 min after the appointment time.
