worse experience. they made me an appointment for a yearly physical and blood workup. appointment was at 9:15am. they tell me ahead of time not to eat anything for 12 hrs before appointment. i show up at 9am and check in. they tell me they have no record of my appointment. i wait for awhile, then they tell me i cant get in and i will have to reschedule. like this is no big deal. Screwed up my whole day and plus i fasted for 12 hrs. they messed up on the scheduling and i the customer suffers. this also happened to my wife a few weeks ago. what is the problem. cant they schedule properly. dont they understand that people take off work, fast for 12 hrs, and have to drive there. they definitely need to get it together and hire people at the front desk that have a personality. i was VERY upset and would not recommend this place!

I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. Once you step into the clinic & get registered, it doesnt take very long for the nurses to come out and call your name to come in. You usually dont have to wait very long at all for your doctor to arrive once youre in the room. They are fast, accurate, friendly & supportive. If you are looking for a good doctor. I would suggest you go & see DR. RYAN DICK. He is an amazing doctor! He is so good with my kids & great with me. He is always willing to answer ALL of your questions and he makes you feel at home and comfortable. His personality is very friendly, kind, funny & sweet. If you are in the area and looking for a good clinic. Try here. I guarantee you wont regret it!

Some Docs are OK, but Admin is terrible. Unable/unwilling to answer the simple question, "Which plans are you in?" during enrollment whilst other groups offered up short lists, no problem. Know that if your Doc leaves, you get thrown out and have to start over as a "new patient," cant get in when youre sick. One doc misdiagnosed husband w/ shingles when it was Lymes. Sent the Clinic Director info on upcoming Lyme savvy trainings for providers...crickets. Healthcare advocates ineffectual. Switched to Allina, which is dazzling by comparison.

My mother sees a physician here and has waited hours to get a physician to call back when she was suffering. The customer service and non-caring treatment is beyond belief. It took multiple calls and finally they told us to go to the walk-in clinic, She is convalescent and this was a great inconvenience and with just a phone call could have been managed. It took up an entire day to get treatment.
