I LOVE this clinic. I have been going here for a few years now and everybody on the staff is so friendly. I see Dr. Ford-Nathan and shes wonderful. I saw her through my pregnancy, she delivered my baby (which was a difficult delivery) and now my son continues to see her. Although, I have not seen a doctor there that I didnt like, they are all great. In fact, I recently moved to Bloomington but continue to come here for the amazing care!

I visited Allina Eagan Clinic. They have sent my lab work to HPA without my insurance information and I received the bill from HPA without insurance applied. This is not expected as I am patient and I dont know how to file the claim. Also I believe it is Clinic responsibility to send Insurance Information to HPA. This is really disappointing and irresponsible. Now I am struggling to find out how to get the claim filed :(

I concur with the previous reviewer regarding Dr. Monzavi. I know him outside the clinic and he is very friendly and dedicated. Professionally, he is the most thorough Dr. I have ever seen. A couple of years ago, he noticed a problem with my eyes that no one else had noticed. Thats why i drove my 3.5 yr old son 40-45 minutes to see him. Would definitely recommend him.

Have used this clinic off and on for years. For the last couple of years I have had an excellent experience here. Very friendly people, nurses, support staff, as well as physicians. I feel they are professional yet approachable. Would highly recommend this clinic.

The optometry department at Allina is amazing. Dr. Monzavi is professional, kind, and efficient. His staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. Ive gone to Dr. Monzavi for 5 years now and have always had a great experience.

The nurse Teresa was wonderful! She was able to think creatively and offer suggestions and made sure everything would work before agreeing to anything rather than agree and have to cancel it later or reschedule.

Reception was very nice and fast. Nurses were very gentle. And Dr. Rhonda Bakke was very kind and great explaining everything in easy language. Lab results were very fast, they all came out in a day or two.

Allina is a great clinic. I seen Dr Jones for my pregnancy and she was amazing and now my daughter is able to see her for all her check ups. I definitely wouldnt pick a different doctor.

Every time I need something and they instruct me as how to get it and I follow their instructions to a T, it turns into one fiasco after another. They just done care!!!!!!

They have a very slow service and the pediatricians are unable to answer any questions or make a diagnosis. They did return my copay with my dissatisfied visit.
