Went in for horrible head cold and left w/a FALSE diagnosis of diverticulitis, a prescription for an harsh antibiotic, and instructions to head immediately to Ridges to get an MRI. During my appointment, I continued to explain how severe my head cold has been, but he (Dr. Weitz) stayed on the point that I was having stomach issues after I told him I have been taking so much head medicine (anyone taking Nyquil for 2 weeks would have stomach pains)! My regular physician (other end of the metro where I used to live), couldnt believe my diagnosis and how a doctor knowing I was sick for so long, would not prescribe me an antibiotic for a sinus infection. I DO NOT HAVE DIVERTICULITIS! Now Fairview is trying to bill me for the "level 2 treatment" and not the head cold (level 1) that turned into sinusitis. Im NEVER going to this magic 8 ball" clinic again.

This cartoon of a clinic made my wife sign a contract saying that she would not get any prescriptions from any other provider. Among other minor issues, she suffers from Menieres Disease (which affects balance and equilibrium) for which her "old" doctor would prescribe prednisone. Anyway she could tell her Menieres was getting bad so she called in and asked for Prednisone and her other prescription that she gets there. She was told her regular Dr was not there to see a different one who wouldnt prescribe it since her regular Dr didnt. She collapsed in the lobby. They simply told her to drive to the Apple Valley Medical Center where her previous Dr is. Who in the world tells someone in the middle of a Menieres attack to drive anywhere. By the grace of God, she was not involved in an accident. This cartoon of a clinic should be closed.

I give five stars to Megan Pence but one star to the office staff. Like another reviewer said, front staff members think they are medical experts. They are also rude - not mean but curt demeanor, like I am bothering them. The other Apple Valley clinic had this in reverse: the doctors are not good but the front desk staff was excellent. Dr. Megan is a really good doctor, and her nurse Mary is very nice. If anything is going to drag this clinic down it is the front desk.

I called twice get a simple birth control prescription refill and they said my doctor is no longer there. They also said I dont need to come in as Ive already had all my checkups. The nurse told me they would call me back (twice) and Ive not heard from them in 2 weeks. I had enough, I switched to another clinic in Apple Valley. They are so much better! Looks like a bunch of idiots work at Fairview.

I went to ER this past weekend with chest pains and was seen by Dr. Darrow who was on call. I can say that he is one of the best Drs that I have seen in Urgent Care. He was very concerned , caring and attentive. He explained what was going on and very thorough. He told me that I would be going by ambulance to St.Paul United Hosp. I give him 5 Stars. He was excellent!

I had a dr. Brian weitz. He was a complete utter joke of a doctor. Who recommended I should eat 8 apples a day, that green beans were unhealthy. He doesnt know what hes talking about. He runs through things like it was rehearsed over and over. Never again

Appointment scheduled and a week later called me to question why I was coming in. Apparently the receptionist is a medical expert and told me I dont need to see the doctor. Why schedule an appointment in the first place? smh.

Finally have a good doctor that takes health care seriously and listens to you. Only took 5 years to find, of switching drs every month. I will drive long distance to come here as long as my dr is not retired.

Doctors are good,but the schedulers and the gals at the front desk can be pretty temperamental. i walk in and want to give each one a snickers bar!
