Rebecca Pankratz, a doctor, did not help me get short term disability. She filled out the paperwork, but it turns out she told the organization, Sedgewick, that I was ok with just FMLA, not disability. She claimed she did not know the difference (getting paid and not getting paid), and SHE is the doctor. Do not see her as your primary physician.

Everytime Ive been here the lab has been at least a half hour late. Last time I had a 1:45 appointment and didnt get called until 2:30. It makes it difficult to squeeze a lab appointment into a lunch break

Dr. Darling is the best. She is the only reason I continue going to Fairview. Also, Dr. Darlings nurse is fabulous.
