I thought this was my dental office and that I finally had dental insurance but found out I was wrong; unfortunately during a dental emergency. The clinic accepts my new insurance but not for new patients since I have not been seen for 3 years. They were not helpful at all and refused to see me even as a private pay because of the insurance. I even returned a voicemail from the business office who forgot they called. I have had issues with the business office in the past so I was not too surprised. I am just very disappointed in their customer service even though I really liked Dr Braga. That is the only reason for the second star and the only reason I kept returning. Time to move on to another clinic with more positive patient services.

I was sent a bill before my insurance portion was deducted with a notation saying "dental insurance has been billed. I was confused...so you billed my insurance and this is what I owe you or you are waiting to see what my insurance covers and will then send me another bill? Why send me a bill for money I might owe you? I view this billing practice as a way to pray on the elderly or to try and get double payments from both the patient and insurance company. Not what I would expect from a small business.

How many people can say they actually enjoy their visit to the dentist? I had an amazing experience at Cahill Dental! I had a filling replaced on my front tooth by Dr. Carrie Peroutka and her assistant Brianna. Both women were professional and personable. My front tooth looks better than the original! Shes a tooth artist! Thank you Dr. Peroutka and Brianna!

Excellent experience. The staff was very attentive and they explained the process at every step. They followed up after my procedure to make sure everything was ok. The facility is great and very comfortable. I could not have had a better experience and will recommend it to others. Ed

Agree with Alicia. I keep getting bills that havent reflected insurance payments. So, why would I even get sent a bill that has a total that Im not obligated to pay (as the insurance payments havent been reflected yet) and a due date!? I complained but nothing changes.

I drive 3 1/2 hours one way for my twice yearly dental cleanings. The hygienists are the best and Ive seen many of the Dentists for my routine exam and I am very happy with each encounter. The office staff are friendly and nice. Highly recommend this clinic!
