Was told I had periodontal disease and I needed a deep cleaning. Thank goodness I needed to go elsewhere to save money. I went to another clinic was re examined and told they were not sure why I was told that. I was checked out by 3 people and told a deep cleaning would only ruin my structure if I were to get it done. I went back to access point to get fillings done and it was a horrible experience. My tooth was drilled to the nerve which from my understanding that can happen so Im not blaming them. However, Im now in pain for over a month and been needing to take Advil daily to manage pain until I can get money for root canal and crown. I was just sent a bill for a crown I have not had done. Also, I now owe almost $2000 for the two crowns that were done because of a glitch in the system that showed they were covered. My whole purpose of treatment plan was to get done what insurance paid for and the smaller procedures I could afford.

THEY TAKE ALL INSURANCE!! So important, made it possible for me to get work done. Had all my fillings done by the dental therapist who did a great job--she is kind and gentle and always made me feel comfortable. Ive had bad dental work before and it is agonizing, she was careful to always double check the bite which is so important--she also works efficiently so you arent sitting there getting drilled forever. The desk staff are all nice and will call you if they have an opening in the schedule. The only bad thing is they are a bit far away from the city and it can be hard to get a filling if you need it immediately as their schedule is very full. So glad I decided to come here and finally found a great dentist in the twin cities!

I went in for a scheduled routine procedure in early December, the dental assistants I interacted with, Julia and Jeannett couldnt be any nicer! I was promptly seen by the doctor, who like his staff, was very nice too. They took their time to explain the treatment process to me. The environment was very clean and welcoming, which is a big deal for me. I definitely will be heading back in January for my crown once I get my insurance crap settled. Dr. Yeboah and co., please keep up the good work! If you continue this way, you definitely got my business for as long as I live in Minnesota. By the way, your dental assistants look smoking, Dr. Yeboah!

I stumbled across this office when I was looking for a new dentist and I couldnt have been more pleased. My previous dental provider was so awful, rough, and rude and the people at AccessPoint could not have been more different, It was so comfortable I felt I had to leave a glowing internet review even though Ive never been the type to take the time. I even dozed off while getting my teeth cleaned! Seriously, I didnt know a dental appointment could be this pleasant. I strongly recommend AccessPoint Dental.

My daughter started going there since October. She had 2 cavities and needed a root canal done. She has had 6 dentist appts since October most of these appts were to get fitted for a crown and finally the last appt they put the permanent crown in the next day it fell out and they still havent done her cavities. We had a referal for her braces and now have to get a new one because it took to long for her crown to go in. If I could give this place a negative rating I would

I never thought Id say I love my dentist but I do. Ive had a phobia (so nervous I take medicine so I can calm down) of the dentist my whole life and skipped quite a few years resulting in some cavities. After coming in for my initial cleaning I loved the staff who is so kind but also knowledgable. The clean professional environment and most of all the AMAZING dentist who made me so comfortable and was so nice I have zero fear and dont mind coming in at all!

The dentist I had used for over 20 years retired last year. I was not looking forward to having to change dentist. I had also changed insurance so I was in need of finding a dentist that accepted my new coverage. I was referred to AccessPolint Dental and had my first appointment last week. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable with priority on cleanliness and accuracy. I will certainly refer them to anyone I can and have scheduled my 6 mo checkup.

Best experience ever. I went in for an abscess tooth and I have a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Yahboa and his assistants eased my fears and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I definitely recommend this dentist office. I now have no fear and so greatful I found them. I dont mind the 30 minute drive to go to a dentist that I am so happy to have. Thank you to you and your entire staff.

My husband was told by two different dentist that he had to be put under to have his tooth removed and so since we didnt have the money we ended up waiting for almost 8 months and when it started to hurt my husband really bad I called this dentist and they was able to remove his tooth the same day. I am so thankful for them as it is expensive to have to be under to get a tooth removed. Thanks you all so much .

I was in town and needed emergency dental work. I gave Access point dental a call and they were able to fit me in right away. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and after seeing them the pain subsided. The emergency appointment fee was slightly high but that was because I got in right away and didnt have to wait. I will definitely pay these guys another visit for any dental work the next time I am in town.

The dentist does a great job and his receptionist on the other hand are so rude to hang up in your face if you want to speak to him they said hes too busy and they dont have time for it but his dentist assistants are great they are awesome just the representatives are so freaking rude but dont let the rudeness stop you because hes a great dentist

He is an okay dentist but doesnt really care about the patient. I went in to get an extraction one time and even tho they numbed me quite a bit I could still feel it.I told him and he didnt care he kept saying were almost done. I was in extreme pain and I feel he does unnecessary work. Glad I stopped going here.

Got a flyer in the mail that said $98 for exam, x-rays, and cleaning for new patients and in absence of gum disease. They charged me before the appointment. After the x-rays and exam, they wanted me to pay much more money for a deep cleaning and literally wouldnt give me a basic cleaning or my money back.

The staff at Access Point Dental is the best! Being afraid of going to the dentist, I was definitely afraid to go. But, everyone here helped me through it. They kept me calm. I can honestly say that, since I started going here, I dont mind going at all! Theyre the best! Thanks!!!
