I went here on a recommendation of a colleague. Unfortunately, I had to go back to my old dentist because my dental work caused me pain six months after receiving it. The front desk staff for check-in were very nice and fast. The hygienist was good and quite thorough. She explained everything she was doing along the way and answered questions I had (there was some newer technology she used than Id seen before, so I was curious and asked about it). It didnt feel rushed. The dentist that I saw was Myron. He was old school for lack of a better term. I felt lectured about how I took care of my teeth (my teeth do need more work than I can afford right now). He was rough when poking around in my mouth. I didnt think much of it at the time, because it was near the end of the day things were running a little bit behind, and he seemed rushed. I was given a print-out of recommendations and prices for each recommendation, which was pretty nice. I went back a week later to get two fillings done. I received Novocaine shots, but when he started drilling, it still hurt and I let him know. "What do you mean? You shouldnt be feeling that." I assure you, I am. I did get more Novocaine after stressing I WAS feeling it, and things progressed. He spoke very rudely to his assistant and to me throughout the procedure. The assistant through all this was wonderful and very good about keeping me feeling relaxed in spite of everything. I had to return two weeks later because one filling was still causing me pain and problems with my bite. It was adjusted and I was in and out quickly. The bite was better, but the pain was still there. After three months, I still had problems so I went back to my old dentist to fix the one filling that still hurt. I couldnt drink cold liquids. I couldnt chew on that side, unless it was softer foods like fruit. Got the filling replaced and things were better. If it was just a personality clash, I would have asked to see the other dentist. I dont want to hold that against him. The fact my teeth were still hurting months later is why I did not return. Pricing seemed a bit more than other dentists, but they have more modern equipment and do a lot of things in-house instead of sending them out (like crowns), which would be convenient. Overall, Id recommend them, but try the other dentist in the facility.

I have been going here for 1 year for dental cleaning. I thought that the dental hygienists at Henrickson did a good enough job. What I really was not happy about was how this business is run and how the staff are rude and unprofessional. The office never gets back to you when you leave a message or even when they say they will call you back. Every appointment I had came with many calls during the day asking if I could come in early so that the staff could leave early. I work so I set up appointments at times that work for me, being called constantly during the day so that you can get off work early is very unprofessional in my opinion. Dr Henrickson himself was rude in email correspondence, he would send half sentence responses and leave me hanging without confirming appointment changes. Worst of all, I was signed up for additional cleanings not covered by my insurance. I did not know or intend to have additional cleanings, but I was signed up for them. This is my own fault as I should have paid better attention.... However I asked if they were covered by my plan and was told that the folks working in the office that day could not verify that information and that they would call me back. I never received a call. I just paid the $154 bill for additional cleaning outside of my coverage so Im done. There are plenty of dentists out there, I would suggest supporting a dentist office that does a good job and deserves your business.

Negative stars! Please dont go here. My mouth is a mess & I cant afford to fix what Dr H did to them. There is too much to say that went wrong & much of it has already been said by other reviews. Please dont ignore them. I have a larger review on rateabiz but that has also been edited. All my crowns that Dr H has done have fallen out. 2 of them I was stupid enough to have them fix & they recharged me. Now the others have fallen out as well. Soddy work & cement, I believe are used intentionally to rework & charge again. The guarantee is a sham, they find ways around this. Last time I said I would pay for a recement that they wanted to redo and they charged my insurance anyway. They broke my husband jaw that he needed a bone graph-bcz you sign a waver, you pay! I have a drill still in my root canal bcz I signed the waver. My son got a whitening for $350 that was to include a custom mouth tray that we still have not received. That was 4 years ago. They do not understand how to bill & will over service you for your insurance yearly allotment. Staff is very rude. Mike seems personal at first but it will only take time to become uncomfortable with the office chatter, overbooking & belittling. Dont just run, dont even come here.

HORRENDOUS! One star is waaaay to many. They cleaned, did a root canal and then capped my boyfriends tooth. The cap fell off within the same year. Unfortunately by this point he had moved out of the state. Even though they "guarantee" thier work, unless he could drive 2,000 miles back to thier office they couldnt help him. So he paid to have it re-cemented in by another dentist. While he was still making payments to them for the original procedure. Three months later its off again. He went back to them while he was visiting family for a cleaning and to see what they could do for him. Only to have the dentist who looked at the tooth said it hadnt been done rite in the first place. After telling them they were the ones that did it, and them looking at all of the x-rays they still had on file from 2 years ago, he was told they couldnt help him. No discount. No apologies. No nothing. Wanted to charge him $800 to have the hole tooth re- serficed and re-capped.. and now they have actually tried to bill him for the "consultation" they gave him about the problem tooth..Horrible business and even ruder staff

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Do NOT go here. I went to have a few suspect teeth examined. The dentist was talking about a root-canal before he even finish the exam. He then used a bogus machine that is suppose to sense cavities. (After the fact I learned this device is widely argued INACCURATE in the dental industry.) He presented a list of 9 teeth that had cavities!! Being alarmed I made a judgment error and told him to proceed and fix the worst tooth on one side. He proceeded to hollow out 3 molars on one side! He then paused before filling them to again try to sell me on a root-canal telling me “you basically have 3 shells for teeth now”, he the filled the 3 teeth. The 2 weeks following I had to obtain PAIN MEDS because the fillings were so deep! THIS IS A RAQUET for money, not a professional dentist office. I should have sued these idiots. I now have a hard time chewing on that side of my mouth because ALL of my top molars have a deep filling on that side.
