These low life scumbags have totally lied to my mothers face multiple times and treating her like dirt. They made the over sized absolutely useless dentures (She cant even use the bottom row because of how poorly these were made) she struggles with every single day. These morons had promised her that she would have a realignment a few months after her first set was made, she has yet to have someone explain why this hasnt happened yet and why they havent corrected their misunderstanding on how to hire a dentist who know what they are doing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING TO THE RECEPTIONIST he is a rude imbecile who more than likely was hired off craigslist, and mentioned several times that he personally ran the insurance through himself. Now, Im not a complete retard such as this Male receptionist but im pretty damn sure that a unqualified receptionist would access to patients insurance information and to see if their office is allowed to issue a refund or correct a mishap in the office... Everyone here deserves to burn in hell for they way they treat people, and ive also never heard of a dentist saying that extracting 27 teeth in one visit was a good idea. Im so glad i have several lawyers that are good friends of mine, they all agree that its time get this MAJOR LAW SUIT IN MOTION mack-a-meow

I really liked my first few visits, the Dentist and staff were fun, friendly and knew exactly what I needed done. One day, I show up for a procedure and there is a new dentist. Mine had left... They told me it was because her schedule was not flexible enough. NOW this new dentist I dont like, he is unsure and just makes me feel uneasy. The office staff is disorganized, bills are wrong and WHEN EVER YOU CALL NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE TO ANSWER-EVER! TAKES DAYS (20+) CALLS TO GET AN ANSWER SO FRUSTERATING. I am looking for a new dentist, also my last filings (2) on the same day were 3 months ago and I still have pain when chewing, they told me this is normal but I have a genetically predisposition to cavities and never had painful filings last this long...

I have spent several hours in "the chair" here after a filling couldnt save a broken tooth, filled by a different dentist at another location. Dr Singletary put me at ease for my first root canal procedure. He thoroughly explained the procedure, and spoke in a very soft, calming tone. My tooth had weird roots so the procedure took longer than usual, but he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Hes an excellent dentist and Amy the receptionist is always a delight! :) I have never been more happy to walk into a dentist office in my life.
