Sigh. Where do I begin with this review? Everytime my family and I have been here it has been horrible, but this personally has been the worst time for me. I came in today thinking my ear drum had ruptured. I was diagnosed with a bad ear infection last night at the clinic in Hyvee, and was told if the pain got worse I needed to go to the ER. My pain was so bad I had been in tears all morning and afternoon, and when pain medicine didnt help, my mom, my boyfriend and I decided to go in. So I go in. Wait forever to be seen by an RN because someone had a cold and decided to come into the ER, as Im *in tears* in the waiting room. It was busy after so I waited for a room, but that wasnt really a big deal compared to what happened after I got into the room. So, Nurse Practioner comes in, and I explain everything, and she checks my ears. Doc comes in, and shes kind of rude right off the bat. My mom and I ask for her to give me a stronger pain medicine than over the counter because Ive been in tears the whole damn time and they were planning on sticking plastic in my ear to get wax out so they could see my ear drum better, and she says "Im not comfortable with giving her stronger medicine because of the risks". Even though Ive had that medicine several times when I got major oral surgeries, as a minor, and Im a consenting adult, but okay. So, Nurse comes back in with the scraper and scrapes so hard that I scream. I beg her to stop on multiple occasions, I tell her I dont consent to the service anymore and she just says "Its okay, just one more time!" (which she says 3 or 4 times, even after I say I dont consent, which is illegal, mind you). Anyway, she keeps going on services I dont consent to. I pull away and she shoves the scraper in even further and pulls me back. By the time shes done, Im shaking and bawling. Horrible experience, like every other time, and I will not be coming back. Only went because it was close and I thought my ear drum exploded. Its saying something that my 4 hour tattoo hurt LESS than how hard this nurse poked my infected ear. Dont come here unless you want the nurses and doctors to violate your patient bill of rights. Wont be suprised if they get sued soon.

Called in today to change and appointment. This rude receptionist name Sharon answered the phone then put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back and explained I was hung up and she didnt even bother to apologize. She just went straight to asking my information and was very unpleasant about it and then put me on hold with music without telling she was putting me on hold while I was in the middle of asking her a questions. I hung up and called back and she tried to lie to me saying she told me. She tried arguing with me and threaten me saying everything is recorded and that she can go back and listen to the conversation about everything. Terrible customer service. So I had to tell her I need to talk to the manager. This is why I dont go to this clinic anymore because they hired some rude receptionist and this not the first time I have bad customer service. My whole family come here to get check up. I will no longer return there and go to Nicollet park clinic. They just lost thousands of dollars of business because of a receptionist who cant do their job right and drive customer away. Possible chance of returning if Sharon get fire.

We have been charged twice for "additional services" at a well baby checks. The first time it was because the doctor pointed out a developing "flat spot" on our babies head. A 3-5 minute conversation about feeding her differently and being aware of it cost us $195.00. The second well baby check, our baby had a pretty bad chest cold that developed the weekend before her Monday visit. The doctor warned us this time that it would cost additional money for her to address the cough... My husband was shocked because it seems ridiculous. IF YOU ARE GOING TO LISTEN TO A BABIES CHEST ANYWAY, WHY ARE WE BEING CHARGED FOR STATING SHE HAS A CHEST COLD!!! I am done with this clinic because they overcharge and dont provide basic/logical services without additional costs. This is just another example of big corporate health care bleeding money from hard working parents for their stockholders benefit.

Let me start off by saying that I dont write reviews. I aint no snitch. But typing this out is very cathartic for me. Eight. Eight times they failed to get me my ADHD medication on time. You know what being off your medicine feels like when you have ADHD? Your brain is a beehive and you cant connect any of your thoughts. Now try to go to work like that. Now imagine if I needed medication for my heart. I would be dead. These people are unhelpful and their policies are designed to protect them - not you. They literally hurt the people they are supposed to help. Think about that guys, a medical facility that hurts? Thats like going to a auto shop and having them smash your taillights in with a wrench. Do yourself a favor and skip this place when looking for a clinic. If your are already going here, leave as soon as possible.

I go to the pain management center here. I am getting my neck treated for chronic pain, for which I have been doctoring many, many years with no relief. Ive had many doctors and teams. I am 60 years old. My doctor is Rachel Egyhazi. She has a team working along side of her. Her and her team are the most caring, comforting, and concerned people Ive met in the medical field. Their concern is for me and getting me out of pain. My first and second visit were diagnostic injections. I, of course, was in extreme pain going in and no (yes, I said no) pain when I left. They are working on the nerves in my spine. I put my faith in their hands and have not looked back. The next step is the RFA which is done so my pain and brain no longer communicate. I will come back and tell you how it went. Im sure I will be fine.

I went here for my first time and i didnt like it at all. Medical service was fine from a nurse. I felt like they treated me like a money dollar sign, they wanted to assign me so many tested that were unnecessary. Any patient should have a freedom to choose what medical test they want and need. I felt like the doctor was making me take all these weird lab test when she said at the end of the appointment that I am totally healthy. When i asked questions and doctor wasnt being very clear at what they recommend. they were actually using search web to answer my questions. I was so shocked. I came to a doctor and i expect them to know more then me. If this was so easy i can just use google myself. So disappointing.

Ive been taking my kids to this clinic for 10 years now! I am very satisfied with the pediatrician we have me and my kids absolutely love him. He always lets me speak first and always asks if we have any other issues witch I love because I know hes a very busy man yet he listens to every detail. If our pediatrician isnt available I ask for anyone available they all have been amazing to my family. Only for the exception of one particular doctor but other than that I will keep going there.
