I have been a patient here since the new location opened. I have noticed new staff coming and going and nothing is consistent here. The lades up at the front desk do not communicate with the back because when you call to ask a question about anything and they are clueless.I feel like you should know what your talking about even if you are up at the front. I have experienced a couple of rude medical assistants and the esthetician had quit who was very good. Now they have medical assistants not even esthetician who do the face peels. The lady who did mine was reading out of the book and didnt seem to know what was going on. The physicians are very good, but not a great experience with the staff at all.

I brought my daughter in with more than one skin issue and the Dr. told me to put her on Benadryl twice a day. When I asked for how long, she said, maybe forever...not really sure how that is supposed to solve a skin issue, doubtful that my daughter is deficient in Benadryl. The office was nice, everyone was friendly, but when it comes to not helping a patient get to the root cause of the problem, then we have a problem.
