Or total lack of care, I should say. Talk about slamming the door in our face! I rushed to get my daughter in before the 7:30 closing time and was happy to see we had made it. 7:27 - 3 minutes to spare! Unfortunately, the snotty girl working there told me they were closed. That they close at 7:30. I pointed to the clock behind her and showed her. It is only 7:27. It is not 7:30 yet. You are not closed. Oh, we stop taking appointments at 7:20, she said. I said. Then you close at 7:20. Why would you advertise 7:30 when you clearly do not stay open until then? She just looked at me. How long have these guys been open? You would think they would want to draw new customers, not drive them away. Well, they certainly lost my business.. forever. I will drive to Minute Clinic in Woodbury before I try these guys again.

Tried to bring our daughter in to the urgent care at 7:50 p.m. running a fever and were told they stop taking patients at 7:45. At no place on the website does this information exist. If you stop taking patients at fifteen minutes before you close, it would be worth mentioning somewhere as being told this. Why bother being open when you cant do anything?
