I wish zero stars was an option. I have been going here FOR OVER A YEAR and no one seemed to take me seriously and brushed all my problems under the rug - I still do not know what is wrong with me. First in September 2016 I got tested for celiac. For a celiac test to work you have to be consuming gluten at the time. No one told me this before I took the test and I was not eating Gluten - so the test did not work (just figured this out from my primary doctor, still paid for it though). It also took them 9 MONTHS to diagnose me with c diff. The last couple months I went there I had told them my heart was really bugging me and on a light jog my heart rate would get up to 195bpm. I repeatedly expressed this concern with them because I knew it was not normal - I am 22 years old and just 2 months before I had been teaching aerobics classes for 3.5 years and did cross country in High School, I was in shape. They kept telling me I was dehydrated. I was feed up and went to my primary doctor to find out my hemoglobin was at a 5.9 and my ferritin was a 1. I had to have an emergency 5 and a half hour blood transfusion. I cannot say enough BAD THINGS about this place. They do not care about their patients AT ALL and are impossible to get a hold of. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my second visit, the service was great and on this visit for some reason they had an anesthesiologists, the first one did not. I didnt think anything of it until after my health insurance settled with them. Then 2 months later I received a bill from an anesthesiologist company for $800.00 and they didnt recognize my health insurance, Im a retired Army Vet. I never asked to be administored by an anesthesiologist or would have hired one that excepted my insurance. I feel Minnesota Gastroenterology should have let me know this but I was stuck paying for a service I didnt need. I question all my health care because I just went through throat cancer. I would encourage anyone using Tricare not to go here.

I have struggled with abdominal pain for 2+ years and been to every kind of specialist and no one has been able to identify the source/cause. I had one appointment with Dr. Barancin and she was awesome. Listened to the history and approached it from a kind of "Lets start with the basics" and after completing a few tests she had the issue identified. So I now know what Im dealing with and hopefully move forward from here.
