Ive been going to Grand Health for a couple of years now. I often get stress/tension headaches because of over developed jaw muscles (which initially developed when I had TMJ as an adolescent). Dr. Lander was the only person to recommend internal muscle stripping. Its a little unconventional because he sticks his finger in my mouth to stretch out the jaw muscles. But it makes a HUGE difference. Im so thankful that he went above and beyond to recommend something that has never been brought to my attention by any other chiropractor in all these years. Their location is perfect, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Their rates are VERY reasonable - I have gotten similar services that costs WAY more money (the stim & heat prior to adjustment is such a luxury). Go there! They will take very good care of you.

Dr. Augustine is a gifted chiropractor and a savvy business owner. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone new to chiropractic care, or looking to enhance their current treatment plan with massage or acupuncture. The office is spacious, modern and clean. Parking is free and right in front with plenty of room. Definitely check this place out!
