Our family has been very satisfied with James Eye Associates. We have been using Dr. James as our optometrist since we moved to Texas several years ago. Dr. James is patient and kind and always willing to listen to his patients needs. He does a thorough job examining the vision and overall health of the eye. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. They willingly help each patient find the lenses that are best for him/her. You feel like an individual rather than a number when you visit their office. Also, they have been very good about honoring their warranties on the frames and lenses that they offer. That is something that I really appreciate about their practice. I feel confident going to them knowing that my familys vision needs will be met each time. Thank you, Dr. James and staff!

James Eye Associates is unsurpassed in caring customer service and attention to detail in eye care. Dr. James is always up to date on the latest technologies and advancements in the field of optometry as he always has state of the art equipment and is knowledgeable on recent innovations in his field. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor, and this always means a lot to me. His staff is well trained, very efficient and friendly. The facility is pleasant and nice. There is a quiet and calming atmosphere, which is not true of the mass transit system that is seen in many other offices. His prices are competitive, and he has a much better selection of frames than the mass transit offices, too. I liked the fact that my glasses could be made on site in a short time.

My kids and I have been happily going to James Eye Associates for years. (I am that parent who has a line of doctors that I have dropped because I had a moments doubt there were not up to par for my kids.) I trust Dr. James and even years later I have not had a thought of leaving. His office ambience has that personal, small town feel and he has a staff that is friendly, professional, and patient (a must for first time contact wearers). Each year we receive quality exams and I, and my kids, have always found stylish eye wear that we like. They have seen me as a patient with insurance and at times without and have sought the best cost options for me. Why look anywhere else?

Dr. Andrew James and James Eye Associates are FIVE STARS all the way! Dr. James has been our family optometrist for many years and his care and precision are unmatched. We are also blessed knowing he regularly offers his services in missions work in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. James staff is kind and helpful, offering a smile and cozy cup of coffee for patients during the short wait. The office environment is warm and beautiful--a far cry from the cold, sterile environments often associated with eye appointments. Many of my family members wear glasses/contacts and we all go to Dr. James. His office is in a convenient location and his office staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. James does not rush to get to the next patient. He does a thorough exam and takes time to answer all of your questions. He is very friendly and personable. He has a great selection of frames to choose from in his office . I highly recommend him for all of your eye care needs.

I had a wonderful experience at James Eye Associates from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and engaged with an authentic concern regarding my visit. Dr. James and his staff are absolutely amazing! They made both of my boys and I feel right at home and listened to our needs and concerns. They really took extra time and care with my youngest. Dr. James runs an amazing practice! Everyone is hospitable and welcoming as soon as you walk in. If you do your paperwork before the appointment, everything is ready to go when you get there.
