Let me begin by saying I have used this place for contacts for a while, perhaps 5 years at least and I have never had an issue. The optometrist is very knowledgeable and really wants to ensure you get the right products for your eyes. The office staff however are abysmal. After my card was charged and I signed on the dotted line, it was a horrible exerience. My glasses encountered many problems in manufacturing, which I know wasnt their fault at Eye Trends, but I was kept out of the loop, and whenever I called to check on my glasses I was encountered with immense attitude and rudeness from the staff over the phone. It has been over a month and I still dont have my glasses. During this process, they didnt once apologize for the inconvenience, nor did they offer to fix it or offer any sort of sympathy. They acted like it was my problem or that I was inconvenienceing them. Bottom line here is if youre going to sign a deal with the devil, just go straight to Hell and do it. Youll get better service in Hell than at Eye Trends.

The optometrists at this Kingwood location are nice and professional. The office staff, however, are not very nice nor are they very welcoming, both in person and on the phone. I have been to the office on at least 8 occasions - once for my initial eye exam and then 5 follow up visits ( I had to go back because I was having problems with the comfort of my contacts), and then twice to pick up contact lenses for my son. Each time I went back, the office staff looked bothered by my presence. They also didnt have good notes in their system about why I was coming back in for so many follow up visits. So each time I came in, I had to explain my situation. There are several optometrists in the Kingwood area and I wont be returning to Eye Trends for my annual exams.

This was my first time using Eye Trends having just moved from Austin. They were the most thorough in examining the health of your eye not just your vision. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Samuelson was able to correct a mistake in my prescription from the last doctor to allow me to see the most clear I have been able to see in years. Glad I found my new eye doctor.

The Optometrist and staff at the Kingwood location was very nice and professional. The office was clean and well laid out for the customers to find and try on frames s. It Was very welcoming, both in person and on the phone. I was greeted with a Smile and concern to help with my needs. I have recommended them to my family and other friends because of their Great customer service.

My older daughter was leaving town and had put off getting her eyes checked. She needed glasses and contact the same day. They got her in with an eye exam and then got her the glasses by the end of the day and contacts! We found them to be very helpful with the insurance and getting her set for her trip. We use them now for our eye care.

All of the staff are super friendly and always make us feel welcome when we visit. Glasses were ready when they said they would be. When we need to make adjustments to my sons glasses because he rough housed with them, the staff cheerfully fixes them for us. :)
