I Foster Care an Intellectually Disabled Adult relative. He has been going to Dr. Shrum & Dr. Hilton for many years. This Spring he developed Conjunctivitis that would not go away. Dr. Hilton & Dr. Shrum worked together to get him healed over the course of several weeks. He was treated with the utmost respect, friendliness, and professionalism. From Lisa at the font desk on Wednesdays to Jennifer B in the back we could not have asked for better treatment. They knew us by name. They carefully & cheerfully used alternative measures to conduct the eye exam since he cannot read. They encouraged him and spoke to him so that he could understand them. Terrific people! We highly & often recommend this practice to everyone.

Out daughter had a sore on her eye so we call to get her in. She is only 2 so they said they would need a referral to be seen because her age. So we get the referral and call them back and set up an appointment. They ran my insurance and said I didnt need the referral after all. We take her in for her appt. And they wont see her because she is 2. I will never go back they lie and do not know their business. My doctor is still hurting because they cant get there stuff together. So I am having to call around to get her in somewhere else

I give a 4 Star only because I havent received the glasses yet.But they have an English and Spanish speaking person up front to assist you thats a plus.The assistant was just as knowledgeable as the Dr..The Doctor was Excellent with my son.After the eye check my son told me mom that man was good right? I responded yes he was.
