I went here because my family goes here and highly recommended Dr. Bui but I have to say that I was very disappointed in him. I have been wearing the same basic prescription of contacts/glasses for 20 years. My left eye has always been worse than my right eye. He told me that I didnt need 2 different strengths for each eye. When I told him that I have always worn a stronger prescription in my left eye and that I was happy with my vision in my current contacts he told me that it was "all in my head" and my dependence on a stronger left contact was "psychological". I was extremely offended but tried the contacts he gave me anyway. Sure enough, I couldnt see clearly in them. When I came back and told him that I couldnt see in my new contacts he was shocked and couldnt believe that they didnt work for me. I said, maybe its because I need a stronger prescription in my left eye. Again he denied that that was the problem and told my I was imagining it. I then asked for my old prescription of contacts back and for my new glasses frames to have my old prescription in them as well. He ignored my request and sent my $400 glasses off to get the prescription he thought I needed. I waited for 3 weeks for my glasses to come in. When I tried them on I couldnt see. I asked if this was my same prescription as my old glasses and I was told no, it was a new prescription with the same strength in each lens. I sent the glasses back to be changed to my old prescription and now I see just fine. I will not be going back here. It is a shame that Dr. Bui is so offensive when his office staff is so nice.

My wife and I went there the first time and saw Dr. Kuo, shes very kind and friendly. We were greeted okay, people are generally nice, the registration paperwork was done on iPads, so it wasnt at all messy. The whole eye exam didnt take long at all. We did not get any glasses this time round because we just got new ones last year and our prescriptions are still the same. So I cant comment on the pricing of their frames and lenses. All in all, we thought they were very professional, and it was a stress free eye exam since they dont puff air into your eyeballs. Theyre recommended by at least 2 co-workers, and I understand why.

Great experience. I arrived early to preselect frames and the staff was very helpful through the process. I saw Dr. Kuo and was very pleased with her. The most helpful process was completing all forms and paperwork online. With some offices, you still have to fill out forms in the office even if you did the process online. Atascocita Eye Center is truly automated. What I filled out online was in their system when I arrived and they didnt need anything else. I will definitely be returning for my eye care needs.

I saw Dr. Bui at Atasca Eye Center. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a much better experience than the last Dr. I went to. Looking forward to getting my new glasses. I definitely recommend them! They also have an awesome website so be sure to check it out.

They were excellent. We were walk ins, by the time I had finished their paperwork, the Dr was ready to see my husband. We have dual insurance, so they even checked to see which one would be best for us to use. Still waiting on the glasses for hubby, but its not even been a week yet.
