My experience was HORRIBLE! I called ahead to book appt., Johnathan said hed verify my insurance he called me back to "VERIFY MY INSURANCE". He stated they still accepted my insurance but not my vision plan. I said okay what does that mean? He stated your insurance will pay for your visit, but you will have to pay for your glasses or contacts. Upon arrival, the lady who checked me in and quoted a COPAY??!!! I said Jonathan quoted no copay. Very unprofessional and unorganized. No integrity as a business, gives erroneous information sitting right next to each other. MY ADVICE....DONT VISIT!!!
